The light string assembly 510 is formed by the light string 100, the light string 200, the light string 300 and/or the light string 400. For example, as illustrated by the light string 100, when the length of the trunk 140-1 is controlled in a small size, e.g. smaller than one centimeter, the light string branches 120-1 are radially arranged from the inside to the outside, and the auxiliary metal line 520 connects to the first lamp beads 110-1 so as to form a circular lamp 500. Alternatively, the lamp 500 can be formed by twisting the trunks 140-1 and inserting into the power supply head 530, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
100451 Referring to FIG. 6, the lamp 600 includes a light string assembly 610 and a power supply head 630. The light string assembly 610 is also be formed by the light string 100, the light string 200, the light string 300 and/or the light string 400. For example, as illustrated by the light string 100, the lamp 600 is formed by twisting the trunks 140-1 and inserting into the power supply head 630, and the light string branches 120-1 are extended outwardly to form a global lamp 600 or a partial global lamp 600.
In addition, the lamp 600 may also include an auxiliary metal line 620 to wind around the trunks 140-1 to gather the trunks 140-1 at the position of the power supply head 630, and the light string branches 120-1 are extended outwardly to form a global lamp 600 or a partial global lamp 600, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
100461 Referring to FIG. 7, the lamp 700 includes a light string assembly 710 and a power supply head 730. The light string assembly 710 is formed by the foregoing light string 100, light string 200, light string 300 and/or light string 400. For example, as illustrated by the light string 100, the lamp 700 includes a plurality of light strings 100, e.g. three light strings 100, and the trunks 140-1 of the light strings 100 are twisted to form a composite trunk 740. In addition, middle points of the composite trunks 740 can be fixed in the power supply head 730 and the composite trunks 740 are respectively extended outwardly, and the light string branches 120-1 thereof are expanded to form various desired shaped lamp 700.
Therefore, the lamp 700 can be formed different shaped lamp and more lamp beads can be formed at the peripheral of the lamp 700 to provide better lighting and styling lamp. In some embodiments, the length of the trunk 140-1 of the lamp 700 is about three times longer than the length of the light string branch 120-1, e.g. 6 times to 8 times, to prevent the lamp beads from being concentrated too much at the center of the lamp 700 so as to improve the illumination uniformity of the lamp 700 and increase the styling characteristics of the lamp 700.
[0047] Alternatively, the lamp 700 can also be formed by folding the light string 100, e.g. bisecting or trisection folding the light string 100, and then the trunks thereof are twisted to form the composite trunk 740.
Subsequently, the composite trunks 740 are fixed in the power supply head 730, the composite trunks 740 are respectively extended outwardly, and the light string branches 120-1 thereof are expanded to form various desired shaped lamp 700. In addition, the composite trunks 740 can be further twisted to generate more styling variations for the lamp 700.
Hence, the light string 100 can form more shaped lamp and more lamp beads can be formed at the peripheral of the lamp 700 to provide better lighting and more styling lamp. In some embodiments, the length of the trunk 140-1 of the lamp 700 is about three times longer than the length of the light string branch 120-1, e.g. 6 times to 8 times, to prevent the lamp beads from being concentrated in a small area, e.g. at the center, of the lamp 700 so as to improve the illumination uniformity of the lamp 700 and increase the styling characteristics of the lamp 700.
100481 Referring to FIGS. 8-10, the lamp manufacturing equipment and the lamp manufacturing method are described. Simultaneously referring to the light string 100 of Figure 1 and FIG. 8, the lamp manufacturing equipment 800 includes a gear set 810, a driving device, e.g. a driving motor 820, and a twining module 830. The driving motor 820 can be a direct current motor (DC motor), an alternating current motor (AC motor), a variable frequency motor or any other driving motor. The driving motor 820 is connected to the gear set 810 to drive the gear set 810. The twining module 830 is connected to the gear set 810 to twist a plurality of first lamp beads 110-1, a plurality of second lamp beads 112-1, a plurality of first branch portions 121-1 and a plurality of second branch portions 122-1 on the metal wires 103 to form a plurality of light string branches 120-1.
100491 Referring to FIG. 9, the lamp manufacturing equipment 900 includes a gear set 910, a driving device, e.g. a driving motor and gear set module 920 and a twining module 930. Alternatively, the lamp manufacturing equipment can also utilize a driving motor and a belt to drive the gear set 910, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.

[0050] Referring to FIG. 10, the components and operating principle of the twining module of the lamp manufacturing equipment are illustrated. The twining module 930 includes a plurality of twining hooks 932, a plurality of isolators 934, and a plurality of length controllers 936.
[0051] The twining hooks 932 hook and twist the metal wires 103.
