Abstract

L'invention concerne la culture de cellules motoneuronales conjointement avec des cellules de muscle squelettique dans un dispositif fluidique, dans des conditions où l'interaction de ces cellules imitent la structure et la fonction de la jonction neuromusculaire (NMJ) produisant une NMJ-sur-puce. Une bonne viabilité, la formation de myo-fibres et la fonction de cellules de muscle squelettique sur des puces fluidiques permettent de mesurer des contractions de cellules musculaires. Dans des modes de réalisation, l'utilisation de co-cultures de motoneurones avec des myo-fibres contractiles est envisagée pour des maladies de modélisation touchant les NMJ, par exemple la sclérose latérale amyotrophique (ALS).
