Abstract

A Car Urinating Kit, for people of any gender and age to urinate within the device while sitting in a vehicle, if delayed in heavy traffic or other situations, comprising panel one and panel two, configured so as to forming one unit, whereas, panel one provides an open circular means, with both endings joined and protruding away from the circle, said protrusion further inserted within one ending of a tubular means and locked, and panel two provide an open circular means with both endings joining together, said circle is attached frictionally at one end of a flexible elongated means horizontally, said elongated means tapered down to the pointed bottom, and provide a sealed inner pocket, said inner pocket can be closed or open by a draw string attached, further, panel two flexible means is configured to be detachably inserted within panel one opening means to be reusable, and replaceable.

Description

CAR URINATING KIT
Field of the Invention.
[0001] The embodiment described herein relate to urinal devices.
More particularly, embodiments herein relate to a Car Urinating Kit, which is collapsible, having a holder with an handle, and a separate elongated flexible means, which is easily attachable, and detachable to the holder, in order to collect and temporary store the waste or urine from a male or female of any age, while sitting in a vehicle if there is no convenient place available to relief oneself.
Background of the Invention.

[0002] Getting delayed on a highway in heavy traffic for various reasons is becoming common, or going on a long distance driving and wanting to urinate or pee can be painful, and at times even when get out of traffic and find a washroom, one still have to wait their turn in line to relief or urinate, the present inventor had personal experience and sought to fix this problem by designing a unisex device that can be used by all ages and gender while sitting in their vehicle, then the elongated means with the waste can be closed with a built in pull string for temporary storage, and the waste be dispose of at any convenient place, and said flexible means is re-usable after a rinse. In extreme situations # 2 is possible with this device, and in such situation the flexible means only must be discarded.
Description of the related Prior Arts.

[0003] This application is an improvement of the present inventor's two earlier inventions, entitled;
Vehicle Urinating Unisex Kit, Canadian application number 3,023,576 and Portable Unisex Urinating Traveling Kit, Canadian application number 2,985,567.
Other patent numbers are as follows; Canadian patent number 2785034, entitled Portable Urinating Device for Woman.
Canadian patent number 2751219, entitled U just Go.
Canadian patent number 2423149, entitled Portable Urinal.

Canadian patent number 2232953, Hand Held Urinal, and Canadian patent number 2071763.
Many of the foregoing patent numbers of urinal devices may have good usage, however, some are too bulky, some are not portable, and some designed for a specific gender, and others may have singular usage only, after which the apparatus has to be through away in the garbage, which ends up in the land fill.

[0004] There is therefore a need for a new and improved car urinating kit, to be kept in a vehicle at all times for emergency urinal relief, and in extreme cases the device can also be used for other things including # 2, said device can easily be used by any gender, and all ages, and is collapsible, changeable, portable and reusable, and can easily fit within any glove compartment of a vehicle.
Summary of the Invention

1. A Car Urinating Kit, for people of any gender and age to urinate within the device while sitting in a vehicle, if delayed in heavy traffic or other situations, comprising;
panel one and panel two, configured so as to forming one unit, whereas, panel one provides an open circular means, with both endings joined and protruding away from the circle, said protrusion further inserted within one ending of a tubular means and locked, and panel two provide an open circular means with both endings joining together, said circle is attached frictionally at one end of a flexible elongated means horizontally, said elongated means tapered narrowly down to the bottom, and provide a sealed inner pocket, said inner pocket can be closed or open by a draw string attached, further, panel two flexible means is configured to be detachably inserted within panel one opening means to be reusable, and replaceable.

2. The car urinating kit of claim 1 wherein the kit can be used by a male or a female while sitting in a vehicle, if delayed in heavy traffic or other situations.

3. The car urinating kit of claim 1 having a plurality of sections, the plurality of sections including a holder system and a specially designed plastic bag system with a sealed pointed bottom.

4. The car urinating kit of claim 3 wherein the plastic bag system provides a slightly wider ring opening at the top, than the holder ring opening.

5. The car urinating kit of claim 4 wherein the holder ring further attached permanently to an handle.

6. The car urinating kit of claim 4 wherein the ring can be of other shapes including round, oval, square, rectangle, triangle or other shapes known in the arts.

8. The car urinating kit of claim 5 wherein the handle provides a connecting hole to pivot ably attach said handle to the lower section of the device.

9. The car urinating kit of claim 3 wherein the lower section provides a shape to accommodate the entire shape of the upper section to be fitted within frictionally.

10. The car urinating kit of claim 9 wherein a connecting hole formed unto the handle portion of the lower section/base.

11. The car urinating kit of claim 8 and 10 wherein the connecting holes are aligned and secured in place by fastening rivets, to allow pivot able movements.

12. The car urinating kit of claim 9 wherein stop bars are formed within the inside of the lower section wide opening.

13. The car urinating kit of claim 12 wherein the stop bar are spaced and configured so as to prevent the upper section from going through the lower section.

14. The car urinating kit of claim 13 wherein the stop bars further support the stopping and releasing of the bag, while said plastic bag is attached unto the ring of the upper section.

15. The car urinating kit of claim 1 wherein a reusable and leak proof plastic bag is provided, to collect and store the waste for disposal.

16. The car urinating kit of claim 15 wherein the plastic bag can easily be placed unto the device, by inserting from the bottom of said device, then the bag opening over lap from inside the ring, then over said ring and travel down ward.

17. The car urinating kit of claim 3 wherein the upper section and the lower section can be formed from a plurality of materials, the plurality of materials including; metals, steel, aluminum, fiber glass, wood, plastic, rubber, titanium, 13.
glass, wire, sticks or any other materials known in the arts that can perform the necessary task as a holder.

Another aspect is a vehicle collapsible toilet kit, for people of any gender, to urinate within the devise while sitting in their vehicle if delayed in heavy traffic or other situations, comprising panel one and panel two, configured so as to forming one unit, whereas, panel one provides an open circular means, with both endings joined and protruding away from the circle, said protrusion further inserted within one ending of a tubular means and locked, and panel two provide an open circular means with both endings joining together, said circle is attached frictionally at one end of a flexible elongated means horizontally, said elongated means tapered narrowly down to the bottom, and provide a sealed inner pocket, said inner pocket can be closed or open with a tie string separately, panel two flexible means is configured to be detachably inserted within panel one open means, thereby, to be reusable, changeable and replaceable.

19. The portable urinating travelling device of claim 18 wherein the big loop and small loop formed from a continuous single piece of material.

20. The portable urinating travelling device of claim 18 wherein the handle of the upper section and the handle of the lower section intermediate such as to allow a pivot movement.

21. The portable urinating travelling device of claim 18 wherein the device is portable, and can easily fit within a woman's hand bag or a man's hand pouch for travelling purposes.
