Abstract
La présente invention concerne un évent de faîtage pour ventiler un toit d'un bâtiment par l'intermédiaire d'un trou le long d'un faîtage de toit vers l'atmosphère, l'évent de faîtage comprenant un premier panneau d'évent de faîtage ; une partie bride pour reposer sur le toit, la partie bride ayant une ouverture pour chevaucher le trou, la partie bride ayant une première partie bride positionnée sur un premier côté de l'ouverture et une seconde partie bride positionnée sur un autre côté de l'ouverture, de telle sorte que la première partie bride et la seconde partie bride forment un angle aigu l'une par rapport à l'autre ; une partie cadre accouplée à la partie bride et ayant des côtés s'étendant vers le haut à partir de la partie bride autour de l'ouverture, la partie cadre permettant de maintenir une partie capuchon dans une relation espacée avec la partie bride, la partie capuchon étant raccordée à la partie cadre et recouvrant l'ouverture ; une première plaque filtrante ondulée s'étendant entre la partie capuchon et la partie bride et positionnée transversalement entre l'ouverture et l'atmosphère, la première plaque filtrante ondulée étant positionnée sur ledit premier côté de l'ouverture ; et une seconde plaque filtrante ondulée s'étendant entre le capuchon et la partie bride et positionnée transversalement entre l'ouverture et l'atmosphère, la seconde plaque filtrante ondulée étant positionnée sur ledit autre côté de l'ouverture, les plaques filtrantes ondulées fournissant un passage d'air entre l'atmosphère et l'ouverture, les plaques filtrantes ondulées ayant une taille de pore suffisante pour faciliter le passage de l'air à travers les plaques filtrantes ondulées tout en bloquant le passage de particules atmosphériques à travers les plaques filtrantes ondulées.
