Abstract
La présente invention concerne des systèmes de traitement d'eau de production et de traitement d'eau de mer pour récupération secondaire dans des puits de pétrole. Dans ce contexte, la présente invention concerne un système hybride de traitement d'eau produite et d'eau de mer pour réinjection dans un réservoir de pétrole sous-marin, comprenant (i) au moins une entrée d'eau à traiter, (ii) au moins deux modules de traitement (20), chaque module comprenant (ii-a) au moins un ensemble de membranes (20a, 20v, 20c) de microfiltration/ultrafiltration destinées à éliminer les huiles et les solides de l'eau à traiter ou (ii-b) au moins un ensemble de membranes (20a, 20b, 20c) de nanofiltration destinées à éliminer les ions sulfate de l'eau à traiter, et (iii) au moins une sortie d'eau traitée, le volume d'eau à traiter étant dirigé vers un module de traitement (20) comprenant des membranes de microfiltration/ultrafiltration pour vers un module de traitement d'eau comprenant des membranes de nanofiltration selon la qualité de l'eau en termes de teneur en huiles et en solides ou de teneur en ions sulfate. La présente invention concerne également un procédé hybride de traitement d'eau associé au système susmentionné. Ainsi, la présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de traitement d'eau de mer et de production, permettant la réinjection de l'eau produite sans nécessité d'utiliser un système additionnel de traitement sur la plateforme. D'autres avantages de la présente invention incluent la réduction du déversement d'huile dans la mer et la diminution des coûts d'installation, d'exploitation et d'entretien associés à un système additionnel sur l'installation maritime.
