Abstract

Un système de mesure ophtalmique et de chirurgie au laser comprend : une source laser; un sous-système topographique de la cornée; un sous-système de détermination d'axe; un sous-système de télémétrie comprenant un tomographe à cohérence optique (OCT); et un sous-système de détermination d'indice de réfraction. Tous les sous-systèmes sont sous la commande fonctionnelle d'un dispositif de commande. Le dispositif de commande est configuré pour : faire fonctionner le sous-système topographique de la cornée pour obtenir des informations sur les surface cornéenne; faire fonctionner le sous-système de détermination d'axe pour identifier un ou plusieurs axes ophtalmiques de l'il; faire fonctionner l'OCT pour balayer séquentiellement l'il dans une pluralité de motifs de balayage OCT, la pluralité de motifs de balayage étant configurés pour déterminer une longueur axiale de l'il; faire fonctionner le sous-système de détermination d'indice de réfraction de façon à déterminer un indice de réfraction d'un ou plusieurs tissus ophtalmiques, au moins l'une des informations de surface cornéenne, les informations d'axe ophtalmique et la longueur axiale étant modifiée sur la base de l'indice de réfraction déterminé.
