Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a data exchange processing method and apparatus. The data exchange processing method comprises: a first device receives from a second account a command to bind a first electronic voucher; when confirming the response to the command, the first device stores the acquisition information of the first electronic voucher in a first storage area of a first account, and notifies a second device that the first electronic voucher is bound to the second account. The present solution can improve the success rate of data exchange, preventing network congestion due to invalid clicks.

Description

Data Exchange Processing Method and Apparatus [1] Technical Field
[2] The present invention relates to the Internet data interaction technology field, and in particular, to a data exchange processing method and apparatus.
[3] Background Technology
[4] With the development of Internet technology, especially mobile Internet technology, users can access to the Internet through mobile devices using 2G,3G,4G or WIFI to conduct transaction and social activities. Users can perform online activities conveniently and effectively, this is an incomparable experience with offline.
[5] When user exchanging data via mobile Internet, keywords matching with information can be searched out from database, so that the user can acquire the required information from the searched information. When querying more than one target data matching with keywords, user can select the higher match level of target data. Thereinto, the target data may refer to a product.
[6] However, when multiple target data required by a plurality of users but with access restrictions (e.g., target data is allowed to be accessed to 10 times only), when browsing target data, user may fail to access to higher match level of target data due to the number of visits reached.
[7] Summary of the Invention
[8] An object of the present invention is to provide to a data exchange processing method and apparatus to improve the successful rate of target data interaction.
[9] The first technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a data exchange processing method, comprising that a first apparatus receives a command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account; thereinto, the second account is registered in the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate, when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into a first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account; thereinto, the first electronic bound with the second apparatus is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.
[10] The second technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a data exchange processing apparatus, wherein the data exchange processing apparatus including a receiving module and a control module; the receiving module is configured to receive the command of the first electronic certificate bound with the second account; thereinto, the second account is registered by the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate; the control module is configured to store the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notify the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account, when confirming to respond the command; thereinto, the first electronic bound with the second apparatus is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.
[11] In the solutions above, the first apparatus receives the command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account, when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account.
In the method above, when user selecting an interesting electronic certificate, it enables the electronic certificate to be stored into the designated area for further consideration whether acquiring the target data corresponding to the electronic certificate in order to prevent the target data corresponding to the electronic certificate acquired by other users and increase the successful rate of acquiring target. Because the electronic stored into the designated area is not allowed to be acquired by other users, it can avoid network congestion due to invalid clicks.

[17] The following descriptions are merely preferred examples of the present invention but not limited to the present invention. For example, structure, interface, technology details in specific system for a clearer understanding of the objectives. However, technician in this field is able to achieve the present invention without these examples in details. Omit the detailed description of well-known devices, electron circuit, and methods to avoid the unnecessary details in the description of the present invention.
[18] Please refer to Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data exchange processing method applied by an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method including:
[19] Step S101, a first apparatus receives a command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account.
[20] Thereinto, the second account is registered by the first account, the command of the first electronic certificate may be sent from the second account terminal to the first apparatus. The first account may be a service platform.
[21] The first electronic certificate is generated and stored by the second apparatus according to a target information, corresponding to the target. The second apparatus may be a server, which may send the acquisition information of the first target data to the first apparatus to store.
[22] Further, the first electronic certificate may be an object credit certificate, the first electronic certificate is generated by the second apparatus according to the target commodity/service information provided by the target commodity/service provider, the first electronic certificate corresponds to the target commodity/service.
[23] The acquisition information of the first electronic certificate may be an index information of the first terminal electronic or a URL address, the index information includes the URL
address of the first electronic certificate, or any one or multiple of the number of the first electronic certificate, a target name, amount of target, information of target provider etc.
[24] Understandingly, URL address may be an integration of the number of the first electronic certificate, a target name, amount of target, information of target provider.
[25] Further, the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate may be an electronic format of target or an entity of target. The target may be but not limited to a book or a piece of music etc. It can be other format, such as text data, audio data, video data, program data and so on.
[26] Due to the first electronic certificate stored into the second apparatus, when acquiring information, other apparatus or terminal must download all information or data of the first electronic certificate from the second apparatus via the acquisition information.
[27] Step S102: the first apparatus confirms whether responding to the command.
[28] After receiving the command of the first electronic certificate bound with the second account, the first apparatus confirms whether acquiring the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate or the first electronic certificate whether binding with other account.
[29] When the first apparatus can acquire the target responding to the first electronic certificate or the electronic certificate is not bound with other account, step S103 will be executed, or the process ends.

[30] Step S103: when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into a first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus to bind the first electronic certificate with the second account.
[31] Thereinto, the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate may be stored into a first storage area of the service platform (the first account).
[32] Further, access permission of the first storage area may be opened to accounts registered on the service platform (the first account) only, also to all accounts registered on other service platform.
[33] Thereinto, the first electronic certificate bound with the second account, when the pre-set condition met, the bound first electronic certificate is not allowed to acquire by other accounts. In this time, it is allowed only that the second account acquires the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate.
[34] Further, after Step S103, wherein the method also including: the first apparatus hides or deletes the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate, and/or the first apparatus do not respond the command bound with other accounts (excluded the second account), so that other accounts cannot access to acquire the first electronic certificate in order to prevent other account users acquiring the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate.
[35] Further, the pre-set condition includes a time limit. If the second account did not acquire the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate beyond the time limit, the fist apparatus notifies the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account.
[36] For example, the second account do not acquire the commodity/service corresponding to the first electronic certificate within the time limit, the first apparatus notifies the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account, so that other accounts can acquire the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate from the first apparatus and further acquire the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate.
[37] Further, the first electronic certificate is configured to an object credit certificate, a pre-set condition includes a time limit. The second account do not acquire the commodity/service corresponding to the first electronic certificate beyond the time limit, the first apparatus notifies the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account.
[38] For example, the second account do not acquire the commodity/service corresponding to the first electronic certificate within the time limit, the first apparatus notifies the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account, so that other accounts can acquire the acquisition infonnation of the first electronic certificate from the first apparatus and further acquire the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate.
[39] In the solutions above, the first apparatus receives the command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account, when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account.
In the method above, when users selecting the electronic certificate who are interested, it enables the electronic certificate to be stored into the designated area for further consideration whether acquiring the target data corresponding to the electronic certificate in order to prevent the target data corresponding to the electronic certificate acquired by other users and increase the successful rate of acquiring target. Because the electronic stored into the designated area is not allowed to be acquired by other users, it can avoid network congestion due to invalid clicks.

Thereinto, the data exchange processing apparatus in the embodiment is configured to the first apparatus, wherein the apparatus including a receiving module 210 and a control module 220.
[41] The receiving module 210 is configured to receive the command of the first electronic certificate bound with the second account; thereinto, the second account is registered in the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate.
[42] Further, the first electronic certificate is generated by the second apparatus according to the target commodity/service information provided by the target commodity/service provider, the first electronic certificate corresponds to the target commodity/service.
[43] The control module 220 is configured to store the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notify the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account, when confirming to respond the command received by the receiving module 210; thereinto, the first electronic bound with the second apparatus is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.
[44] Further, access permission of the first storage area may be opened to accounts registered on the service platform (the first account) only, also to all accounts registered on other service platform.
[45] Further, the pre-set condition includes a time limit; the control module 220 is also configured to notify the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account when the second account not acquiring the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate beyond the time limit.
[46] Further, the control module 220 is also configured to hide or delete the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate, and/or not respond the command bound with other accounts after storing the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifying the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account.
[47] In the solutions above, the first apparatus receives the command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account, when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account.

[50] The processor 320 is configured to control the operation of the data exchange apparatus, the processor 320 also may be configured to a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 320 may be configured to an integrated circuit chip with a signal processing capability. The processor 320 may be configured to a general processor, a digital signal processor (DSP), a specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a field programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The general processor may be configured to a microprocessor or any conventional processcr.
[51] The transmitter 330 is configured to transmit data.
[52] The memory can be configured to the read-only memory 340 and a random-access memory 350 also provide commands and data to the processor 320. One part of memory also may be configured to non- volatile random-access memory (NVRAM).
[53] Each component of the apparatus is coupled together via the bus 360, thereinto, the bus 360 not only includes the power bus but also the control bus and status signal bus etc. For a clear illustration, all buses shown in Figures are marked as the bus 360.
[54] The memory stores the following elements, executable modules or data structures, or their subset or superset thereof:

[58] The processor 320 is configured to control the receiver 310 to receive a command of binding with a first electronic certificate sent by a second account; thereinto, the second account is registered in the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate.
[59] The processor 320 is configured to store the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into a first storage area of the first account and notify the second apparatus to bind the first electronic certificate with the second account when confirming to respond the command;
thereinto, the bound first electronic is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.
[60] Further, the first electronic certificate is generated by the second apparatus according to the target commodity/service information provided by the target commodity/service provider, the first electronic certificate corresponds to the target commodity/service. Further.

[63] In the solutions above, the first apparatus receives the command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account, when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account.

It means that they may be located in a physical place or distributed on multiple network units. The aim is that part of units or all units are used to achieve the embodiments above as required.
[66] Besides, each unit in the embodiment can be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit is located in a physical place, or more that two units can be integrated in one unit. The integrated unit can be a hardware or a software.
[67] The integrated unit as an individual product can be stored in a readable memory. The part of technical solutions of present invention or the entire technical solution can be achieved as a software which is stored in a readable memory with commands. It enables a computer device(a personal computer, server or network apparatus) or processor to execute several steps or the entire steps of present invention. The memory can be an USB, portable hard disk, read-only memory, random access memory, disk or disc etc.

Claims (10)

    The Claims
  1. [CLAIM 1] A data exchange processing method, characterized in the method, comprises:
    a first apparatus receives a command of a first electronic certificate bound with a second account; thereinto, the second account is registered in the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate;
    when confirming to respond the command, the first apparatus stores the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into a first storage area of the first account and notifies the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account; thereinto, the first electronic bound with the second apparatus is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.
  2. [CLAIM 2] The method of claim 1, characterized in the method, wherein the electronic certificate is generated by the second apparatus according to the target commodity/service information provided by the target commodity/service provider, the first electronic certificate corresponds to the target commodity/service.
  3. [CLAIM 3] The method of claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in the method, access permission of the first storage area may be opened to accounts registered on the service platform (the first account) only, also to all accounts registered on other service platform.
  4. [CLAIM 4] The method of claim 3, characterized in the method, wherein the pre-set condition includes a time limit. If the second account did not acquire the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate beyond the time limit, the fist apparatus notifies the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account.

[CLAIM 5] The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in the method, after the step of the first apparatus confirming to respond the command and storing the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into a first storage area of the first account and notifying the second apparatus to bind the first electronic certificate with the second account, wherein the method including:
    the first apparatus hides or deletes the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate, and/or the first apparatus do not respond the command bound with other accounts.
  6. [CLAIM 6] A data exchange processing apparatus, characterized in the apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprising a receiving module and a control module;
    the receiving module is configured to receive the command of the first electronic certificate bound with the second account; thereinto, the second account is registered by the first account, the first electronic certificate is generated and stored by a second apparatus according to a target information, the first apparatus stores an acquisition information of the first electronic certificate;
    the control module is configured to store the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notify the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account, when confirming to respond the command; thereinto, the first electronic bound with the second apparatus is not allowed to acquire by other accounts met with the pre-set condition.

[CLAIM 7] The apparatus of claim 6, characterized in the apparatus, wherein the electronic certificate is generated by the second apparatus according to the target commodity/service information provided by the target commodity/service provider, the first electronic certificate corresponds to the target commodity/service.
  8. [CLAIM 8] The method of claim 6 or claim 7, characterized in the apparatus, access permission of the first storage area may be opened to accounts registered on the service platform (the first account) only, also to all accounts registered on other service platform.
  9. [CLAIM 9] The apparatus of claim 8, characterized in the apparatus, wherein the pre-set condition includes a time limit. the control module is also configured to notify the second apparatus to unbind the first electronic certificate with the second account when the second account not acquiring the target corresponding to the first electronic certificate beyond the time limit.

[CLAIM 10] The apparatus of any one of claim 6 to 9, characterized in the apparatus, after the step of storing the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate into the first storage area of the first account and notifying the second apparatus binding with the first electronic certificate and the second account, the control module is configured to hide or delete the acquisition information of the first electronic certificate, and/or not respond the command bound with other accounts.
