Abstract
L'invention concerne de nouveaux outils et techniques permettant d'évaluer, de prédire et/ou d'estimer un état physiologique d'un patient, sur la base d'une variation de l'indice de réserve compensatoire (CRI) du patient avant, pendant, et/ou après une perturbation physique. Selon certains modes de réalisation, le système peut recevoir un premier ensemble de données physiologiques en provenance d'un ou de plusieurs capteurs à un premier temps en relation avec une perturbation physique du patient, et peut calculer un premier ensemble de valeurs CRI du patient. Le système peut recevoir un second ensemble de données physiologiques à un second temps en relation avec la perturbation physique, calculer un second ensemble de valeurs CRI, analyser les deux ensembles de valeurs CRI par rapport à un modèle préexistant, estimer un état physiologique (par exemple, l'hydratation, etc.) du patient, et afficher l'estimation sur un dispositif d'affichage. Le système peut également commander un dispositif de perfusion afin d'injecter par perfusion des fluides à un patient sur la base de l'état d'hydratation estimé.
