Abstract

Le dispositif de coupe (1) comprend également un ensemble de coupe préliminaire (19) qui peut être installé de façon amovible aux environs du cadre de base (5) pour d’abord recevoir et couper le produit comestible (3) en une série de coupes préliminaires au moyen d’une série de trous (21) dans une interface de coupe préliminaire (23), avant l’insertion du produit comestible (3) dans la zone de réception principale (7), où le produit comestible (3) est ultimement coupé en une série de morceaux suivant le passage du produit comestible (3) au moins dans l’interface de coupe principale ou préliminaire (17, 23) des deux ensembles de coupe différents (13, 19) du dispositif de coupe (1).
