However, technician in this field is able to achieve the present invention without these examples in details. Omit the detailed description of well-known devices, electron circuit, and methods to avoid the unnecessary details in the description of the present invention.
[31] For a clear understanding of the objectives, a system of transmitting red envelopes is described first.
Please refer to Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a red envelope transmitting system applied by an example of the present invention; The system in this example includes a server 11, a wireless router 12, the first terminal 13 and the second terminal 14.thereinto, the wireless router 12 is configured to set up WLAN, the second terminal 14 is configured to communicate with the server 11 via WLAN.
[32] Specifically, the server 11 is a management server of the second account, such as management server of bank. The first terminal 13 and the second terminal 14 are terminals communicated with wireless connection such as cellphone, computer etc. The second account can access to the server 11 via the second terminal 14 and send a connection request to the server 11 via the wireless router 12, so that the server 11 can connect the second account with WLAN set by the wireless router 12.
[33] When detecting the first terminal 13 accessed to the pre-set WLAN, the wireless router 12 delivers the first terminal information, the server 11 stores a list including information of various first terminals and corresponding information of first accounts in advance. The server 11 can find out the first account information matching with this first terminal information based on the list, also the server 11 can find out the second account information connected with the pre-set WLAN and deliver the set amount of electronic red envelope from the second account to the first account.
[34] Certainly, the foregoing step of finding out the first account information matching with first terminal information can be executed by the wireless router 12. When finding out the first account information, the wireless router 12 can deliver a command with the first account information to the server 11, so that the server 11 delivers the set amount of electronic red envelope from the second account to the first account. In addition, the wireless router 12 also can load the second account information in the foregoing order, so that the server 11 can identify a source of electronic red envelope on a basis of the second account information.
[35] Understandingly, Figure 1 is shown a first terminal only. In the practical application, multiple first terminals can be accessed to the pre-set WLAN one by one or at the same time.
The server can execute steps above to each first terminal. In addition, the second terminal can be connectively communicated with the server via the pre-set WLAN or other WLAN or a wired connection.
[36] The devices wherein the system can execute the following steps, please refer to the following descriptions.
[37] Please refer to Figure 2, Figure 2 is a schematic flow chart of a red envelope transmitting method applied by an example of the present invention. The method can be executed by the server 11 shown in Figure 1. The method includes the following steps:
[38] S21: a server receives the first terminal information accessing to the pre-set WLAN.
[39] For example, the pre-set WLAN is set up by the wireless router shown in Figure 1, the wireless router acquires the first terminal information and delivers the first terminal information to the server when detecting new first terminal accessed to the pre-set WLAN. Or, the wireless router delivers the first terminal information to the second terminal, and the second terminal delivers the first terminal information to the server. The delivering terminal cannot be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. The second terminal is offering account of electronic red envelopes and is also considered as a terminal of logging in by the second account.
[40] Thereinto, the first terminal information may include a MAC (Media Access Control) address of the first terminal, the identity code of the first terminal such as IMEI
(International Mobile Equipment Identity) or the setting name of the first terminal etc.
[41] S22: search the first account information matching with the first terminal information.
[42] The server stores a list of at least one of the first terminal information and at least one of the first account information corresponding to the first terminal information in advance. The list corresponds to the pre-set WLAN or the second account. For example, the list includes, the first terminal "A"
corresponds to the first account "a", the first terminal "B" corresponds the first account "b", the first terminal "C" corresponds the first account "c". Understandingly, the first terminal and the first account refer to a category rather than separate individuals. That means all terminals accessing to the pre-set terminal are considered as the first terminals, which corresponds to the first accounts.
Thereinto, the first account information may be configured cellphone number, social network application account such as wechat, QQ, weibo etc. or the bank account information. The first account information is configured to mount a management unit for storing and managing the electronic red envelopes.
[43] In the first example, the server reads the list corresponding to the pre-set WLAN and searches out the first account "a" corresponding to the first terminal "A", if searched out, then execute step S23, if not, then process ends.
[44] In the second example, the server sets the relationship between the pre-set WLAN and the second accounts in advance, the server searches out the second account information according to the pre-set WLAN. Or the server receives the second account information delivered by the wireless router directly. The server reads the list corresponding to the second account information and searches out the first account "a" corresponding to the first terminal "A", if searched out, then execute step S23, , if not, then process ends.
[45] S23: deliver electronic red envelopes to the first account corresponding to the searched first account information.
[46] In the example of present invention, the server is a management server of the second account, the server acquires the set amount of funds or equivalent electronic certificate or identifier in order to issue the set amount of electronic red envelope when searched out the first account information corresponding to the first terminal. When the electronic red envelope is sent to the first account, the second account subtracts the corresponding amount of fund or electronic certificate or identifier.
[47] Preferably, for reliability of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S23, method further includes: identify whether the first terminal information matching with the pre-set terminal information or whether the first account information matching with the pre-set account information.
If yes, then execute step 23, if not, then process ends.
[48] Preferably, for availability of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S23, method further includes: identify whether the first account receiving the number of times of electronic red envelope from the second account more than the pre-set number. If yes, then execute step 23, if not, then process ends.
[49] Preferably, for timeliness of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S23, method further includes: identify the acquired the system time whether within the delivering time of electronic red envelope. If yes, then execute step 23, if not, then process ends. In the practical application, the delivering time can be set within the period of Spring Festival.
[50] In another example of present invention, the server can execute more than one among these three identifications above. For example, where before step S23, the method further includes: identify the acquired the system time whether within the delivering time of electronic red envelope, if yes, identify whether the first terminal information matching with the pre-set terminal information or whether the first account information matching with the pre-set account information. If yes, identify whether the first account receiving the number of times of electronic red envelope from the second account more than the pre-set number, if not, then process ends. The sequence of these three identifications can be adjusted according to the current situation, also the server can execute the part of identification.
[51] The pre-set terminal information, the pre-set duration, the pre-set number of times and the delivering time of electronic red envelope are stored wherein the server in advance and set by the second account. In an example, the pre-set duration is set for one year, the pre-set number of times is set for once. The server selects all terminals to confirm the target first terminal to guarantee the reliability of delivering electronic red envelope; and the server can prevent excessive electronic red envelopes acquisition of terminal account happening to guarantee the availability of delivering electronic red envelope; Besides, the effective delivering time is guaranteeing the timeliness of electronic red envelope.
[52] Preferably, where before step S21, the method further includes: receive the association request from the second terminal. Thereinto, the request includes the amount of electronic red envelope, the second account information and the pre-set WLAN information. Set up the relationship between the second account and the pre-set WLAN.
[53] Preferably, step S23 includes: search the second account associating with the pre-set WLAN and identify whether the balance amount is less than the pre-set amount. If not, deliver the electronic red envelope to the first account and subtracts the equivalent amount to the amount of delivering electronic red envelope wherein the second account. If yes, process ends and deliver the notification of insufficient balance to the second account.
[54] The association request also can be an open request of delivering electronic red envelope model, the module includes step S21 to S23 above. When receiving the association request, the server stores the request content and execute the delivering electronic red envelope model, that means detecting and receiving the first terminal information within a certain time or a real-time. If received, then deliver the set amount of electronic red envelope from the second account to the corresponding first account.
[55] Thereinto, the electronic red envelope includes a cover and content. The content of provider is the second account. The electronic red envelope can be generated before delivering electronic red envelope wherein step S23 or after delivering the association request, the server generates at least one of electronic red envelope in advance. The steps of generation of electronic envelope include:
acquire or lock content of the second account equivalent to the pre-set amount and encapsulate the content with a cover. Thereinto, the cover can be selected by the second account or randomly by server.
[56] Specifically, the content can be any form of funds, such as electronic currency, electronic certificate and identifier, credit points. The identifier is used to exchange the corresponding amount of funds or the goods or service equivalent to the corresponding amount of funds. The electronic certificate includes the first type electronic certificate and the second type electronic certificate.
[57] The first type certificate is generated by freezing the designated amount of funds of the second account and committed to transfer the payment based on the agreed terms of contract. The first type electronic certificate is applied that the server unfreezes the designated amount of funds of the second account when the first account acquiring the fist type electronic certificate and delivering the transfer request to the server, the unfrozen amount of funds transfers from the second account to the first account. In practical application, the server is a bank server.
[58] The second type electronic certificate is a recording certificate of the object information, is used to record and deliver information of the product or service as a standardized, universal network electronic certificate. The second type electronic certificate is integrated all essential functions of e-commerce. Once the purchasing button is clicked, the procedures such as arrangement of delivery, shipment and payments will be activated the pre-set program and transaction rules. The second type electronic certificate can be used for delivery, circulation and transaction in web scale. The second type electronic certificate includes the name and amount of funds of product attributes at least and the settlement information of an account at least. The second type electronic certificate is provided by supplier of product, the receiver's account is owned by supplier of product. The product supplier can offer the second type electronic certificate including the discount or for free of the product. The user of acquiring the second type electronic certificate can purchase the product at the corresponding discount or for free through the purchasing function of the second type electronic certificate.
[59] In another example, where before step S23, the method includes: freeze the amount of funds of the second account equivalent to the amount of electronic red envelope, generate the electronic red envelope; where after step S23, the method includes: the amount of electronic red envelope is delivered to the first account when receiving the request of acquiring electronic red envelope.
[60] Further, when the content of electronic red envelope is the first type electronic certificate, the steps of freezing the amount of funds of the second account equivalent to the amount of electronic red envelope and generating the electronic red envelope includes: freeze the amount of funds of the second account equivalent to the amount of electronic red envelope, generate the first type electronic certificate; the first type electronic certificate is considered as the content of electronic red envelope and generate the electronic red envelope. When receiving the request of acquiring electronic red envelope, the step of delivering the amount of electronic red envelope to the first account includes:
deliver the first type electronic certificate to the first account when receiving the request of acquiring electronic red envelope. Where after the foregoing step, the method includes:
unfreeze the amount of funds of the second account equivalent to the first type electronic certificate and transfer the unfrozen amount of funds to the first account.
[61] Understandingly, the steps of freezing the amount of funds of the second account equivalent to the amount of electronic red envelope and generating the electronic red envelope execute any moment or any step before the step S23. For example, execute before step S21, or execute after step S22 and before step S23 etc.
[62] Please refer to Figure 3, Figure 3 is a schematic flow chart of another red envelope transmitting method applied by another example of the present invention. The method can be executed by the wireless router shown in Figure 1. The method includes the following steps:
[63] S31: the wireless router acquires the first terminal information accessing to the pre-set WLAN. The WLAN is set up by the wireless router.
[64] For example, the wireless router detects whether new first terminal information is accessing to the pre-set WLAN within a certain time or a real-time. If yes, then acquire the first terminal information.
[65] S32: the wireless router searches the first account information matching with the first terminal information.
[66] The steps of S31 to S33 are specifically the same ways as the step S22 above, it is not further described herein. In the step of S32, execute step S33 when searching out the first account information matching with the first terminal information, or process ends when the search is failed.
[67] S33: the wireless router delivers a command to the server; the order includes the first account information and is used to indicate the server to deliver electronic red envelopes to the first account corresponding to the searched first account information.
[68] For example, the wireless router delivers the orders of the first account information and the second account information to the server, the server searches the second account and identify whether the balance amount of the second account is less than the pre-set amount of electronic red envelope, if not, deliver the electronic red envelope to the first account and subtracts the equivalent amount to the amount of delivering electronic red envelope wherein the second account.
If yes, process ends and deliver the notification of insufficient balance to the second account.
[69] Preferably, for reliability of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S33, method further includes: identify whether the first terminal information matching with the pre-set terminal information or whether the first account information matching with the pre-set account information.
If yes, then execute step 33, if not, then process ends.
[70] Preferably, for availability of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S33, method further includes: identify whether the first account receiving the number of times of electronic red envelope from the second account more than the pre-set number. If not, then execute step 33, if yes, then process ends.
[71] Preferably, for timeliness of delivering electronic red envelope, where before step S33, method further includes: identify the acquired the system time whether within the delivering time of electronic red envelope. If yes, then execute step 33, if not, then process ends.
[72] In another example of present invention, the server can execute more than one among these three identifications above. For example, where before step S33, the method further includes: identify the acquired the system time whether within the delivering time of electronic red envelope, if yes, identify whether the first terminal information matching with the pre-set terminal information or whether the first account information matching with the pre-set account information. If yes, identify whether the first account receiving the number of times of electronic red envelope from the second account more than the pre-set number, if not, then process ends. The sequence of these three identifications can be adjusted according to the current situation, also the server can execute the part of identification.
[73] Thereinto, the first terminal information may include a MAC (Media Access Control) address of the first terminal, the identity code of the first terminal such as IMEI
(International Mobile Equipment Identity) or the setting name of the first terminal etc.
[74] Thereinto, the electronic red envelope is described in the embodiment above, the generation, transition and withdrawal of electronic red envelopes are described in the embodiments above.
[75] The following example for description, the user of second terminal set the WLAN of the wireless router as a "q" at home. The second terminal delivers the association request of electronic red envelope to the server via the wireless router, thereinto, the request includes the amount of electronic red envelope is 100 RMB, the second account is a bank account" z", the pre-set WLAN is "q" and the correspondence list between the terminal information and account information. The server receives and stores the request and authenticate the identification of the second account "z" and confirm the amount of account is more than 100 RMB, establish the relationship between the WLAN
"q" and the second account "z".
[76] When detecting new first terminal within the pre-set WLAN, the wireless router delivers the identifier of the first terminal to the server, the server searches the Wechat account "s" corresponding to the identifier of the first terminal from the pre-stored list of WLAN "q", and confirms the Wechat account receiving the number of times of electronic red envelope from the second account "z" is zero and less than once of the pre-set number, then freeze 100 RMB of the second account "z" and generate the first type electronic certificate valued 100 RMB. This first type electronic certificate as the content can be encapsulated within the cover, which is the electronic red envelope and delivered to the Wechat account "s". Unfreeze the 100 RMB of the second account "z" and transfer it to the first account when the first account delivering the request of unfreezing the first type electronic certificate.
[77] Please refer to Figure 8 and 9, Figure 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a red envelope transmitting system applied in the bank by the first example of the present invention. Figure 9 is a schematic flow chart of a red envelope transmitting method applied in the bank by the first example of the present invention.
[78] It is shown on Figure 8, the user of second terminal 72 inputs the amount of electronic red envelopes information, thereinto, the information includes the amount of the electronic red envelope. The second terminal 72 delivers the request of generating electronic red envelope to the bank server 71 (the server mentioned in the example above) through the Internet or other ways. The bank server 71 receives the request and stores the amount information of electronic red envelopes after authenticating the identification of the second account "z"
logged in the second terminal 72.
[79] The wireless router 74 delivers the first terminal information to the bank server 71 when detecting new first terminal 73 accessing to the pre-set WLAN, the bank server 71 searches the bank account (the first account mentioned in the example above) according to the first terminal information, the bank server 71 freezes the amount "A" within the bank account (the second account mentioned in the example above) of user of the second terminal and generates electronic red envelope and delivers the electronic red envelope to the first terminal of the first account.
Certainly, steps of freezing amount and generating electronic red envelope can be executed when receiving the request of generating electronic red envelope.
[80] The first account must click the open button of electronic red envelope then acquire the amount of electronic red envelope. The user of first terminal 73 delivers the request of acquiring the amount "A" to the bank server 75. After receiving this request, the bank server 75 deliver the notification of freezing the amount "A" of bank account of the second account (the second account mentioned in the example above) to the bank server 71, transfer the amount "A" within the bank account of the second terminal to the bank account of the first terminal.
[81] Thereinto, the accounts of the second terminal and first terminal can be an enterprise or individual.
[82] In this example, the content of electronic red envelope is electronic currency. In another example, the content is the first type electronic certificate. In the step of generating electronic red envelope, firstly, generate the first type electronic certificate, secondly, integrate the first type electronic certificate and a cover to an electronic red envelope.
Specifically, the process of generating the first type electronic certificate is descripted about the first type electronic certificate in the foregoing embodiment. In this example, the request of generating electronic red envelope is equivalent to the request of issuing the first type electronic certificate.
Correspondingly, after acquiring the electronic red envelope, the first terminal user can acquire the first type electronic certificate, then the first terminal can deliver the payment request to the bank server 71 of the second terminal. The amount of funds of the second terminal account equivalent to the amount of funds of the first type electronic certificate is unfrozen and transferred to the bank server 75 of the first terminal user, then the amount of funds is transferred from the bank server 75 to the bank account of the first terminal user.
[83] In the prior art, not only the electronic red envelopes cannot be delivered automatically, but also there are the following questions:
[84] Delivering, grabbing and acquiring electronic red envelopes are achieved via the same one platform, which means the circulation of electronic red envelopes cannot complete without this platform.
Besides this, a user's bank account should be bound to the user's platform account in advance and the amount of funds should be deposited wherein the user's platform account.
The data transfer and mark of amount of funds on the platform is considered as delivering and receiving of electronic red envelope, it can cause the security issues of funds data and funds risks, and the steps of money withdrawal are complicate. In addition, any funds flow (including withdrawal, forwarding) of electronic red envelopes can be completed via this platform. In this way, the series of operations are not convenient for users and make the user's operation more complicated and reduce the delivering efficiency of electronic red envelopes, which is against to promotions of electronic red envelopes.

Specifically, the acquisition method of electronic red envelopes in the prior art refers to Figure 10 and Figure 11, which is not set forth herein. Thereinto, Figure 10 is a schematic flow chart of a red envelope acquisition method applied by an example of the prior art. Figure 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a red envelope acquisition system applied by an example of the prior art.
[85] The present invention not only can deliver the electronic red envelope automatically, but also no need to complete electronic red envelope through the same one platform. When user delivers the electronic red envelope, the corresponding amount of funds is frozen within the user's bank account, then the frozen amount of funds can be unfrozen and transferred to the receiver's bank account till receivers acquiring the electronic red envelope. There are no security issues of funds within the platform, because the amount of funds within the electronic wallet can be transferred between bank accounts. Comparing with the prior art, the withdrawal steps are simple and convenient and high security.
