Abstract
Des systèmes et des méthodes sont décrits pour contrôler et optimiser lexploitation dune installation de production utilisant le drainage par gravité au moyen de vapeur (SAGD) pour la récupération dhydrocarbures dans un réservoir contenant des hydrocarbures. Selon un aspect, un système comprend un contrôleur de collecteur de vapeur déterminant un premier ensemble de sorties pour contrôler la distribution de vapeur de linstallation au filtre de vapeur, et un ou plusieurs contrôleurs de filtre de vapeur déterminant un deuxième ensemble de sorties pour contrôler la distribution de vapeur à une ou plusieurs paires de puits dans le filtre de vapeur. Chacun de ces contrôleurs peut être implanté en tant que contrôleur de procédé avancé (APC). Les contrôleurs APC reçoivent des valeurs cibles et un ordre de priorité des filtres de vapeur et des paires de puits, et affectent de la vapeur aux filtres et aux paires partiellement en fonction de leur priorité et de leurs valeurs cibles respectives tout en respectant les limites du procédé.
