Abstract

Un procédé est divulgué comprenant le fait de mesurer la teneur en soufre dun flux contenant du bitume à laide de la fluorescence des rayons X, le fait destimer éventuellement le contenu du bitume dans le flux contenant du bitume à laide des données générées, en comparant la teneur en soufre ou le contenu en bitume à une plage de référence prédéterminée, et le fait dajuster un paramètre de fonctionnement, au besoin, en fonction de la teneur en soufre ou du contenu en bitume par comparaison avec la plage de référence prédéterminée.
