Abstract
Un dispositif de protection définit un logement interne comprenant une fente ouverte dont la forme lui permet de recevoir une manille et de s'allonger partiellement autour de la manille. Le dispositif de protection comprend également un logement extérieur disposé du côté opposé de la fente ouverte dont la forme lui permet de supporter une sangle qui passe dans la manille. Une attache se fixe au dispositif de protection et définit un élément de fixation servant à se fixer à un manillon qui traverse la manille. Selon certaines réalisations, l'élément de fixation comprend un trou taillé dans l'attache ainsi qu'une pointe définie sur l'attache et décalée par rapport au trou. Selon d'autres réalisations, une pointe disposée sur l'attache s'introduit dans un trou taillé dans la manille ou une cuvette sur l'attache se dispose par-dessus une extrémité du manillon. Une attache courbée ou droite peut également servir à installer l'élément de fixation. L'attache et l'élément de fixation peuvent se fixer à une pièce d'écartement à travers laquelle le manillon s'introduit. Un manillon peut s'introduire dans une paire de pièces d'écartement.
