Abstract

A wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus comprises a breathing chamber, an air inlet device and an air outlet chamber disposed on opposite sides of the breathing chamber. The air outlet chamber communicates with the outside. The interior of the air inlet device communicates with the breathing chamber's interior via a one-way air inlet valve. The interior of the air outlet chamber communicates with the interior of the breathing chamber via a one-way air outlet valve. Opposite sides of the air outlet chamber are provided with a wearing mechanism.
The air inlet device is provided with an air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device having a negative oxygen ion emitting head extending into a purifying chamber. The air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device is connected to a battery via a cable.
One side of the purifying chamber is provided with an air inlet communicating with the outside.

The invention relates to a wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus.

With the development of the industrialization, air pollution is getting more and more serious, and the incidences of diseases of the respiratory system have increased seriously hurting human health. At present, masks have become a must-have for people to travel, but the existing masks have a poor effect on purifying air. Under serious air pollutions, they are far from satisfying people's requirements. Their inspiratory resistance is strong, and the exhaled exhaust gas is not discharged smoothly.
Summary of the invention:
In order to account for the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus, which has a reasonable structural design and a good air purifying effect, so that people can breathe clean fresh air rich in negative oxygen ions. The breathing apparatus can be used for sterilization and anti-virus, thus improving body immunity, good health, low respiratory resistance, and smooth breathing. It overcomes the problems in the prior art.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the above technical problems comprises:
A wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus comprises a breathing chamber, an air inlet device disposed on one side of the breathing chamber and an air outlet chamber disposed on the other side of the breathing chamber, the air outlet chamber is in communication with the outside, the interior part of the air inlet device is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber via a one-way air inlet valve, the interior part of the air outlet chamber is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber via a one-way air outlet valve, respective sides of the air outlet chamber are provided with a wearing mechanism, the air inlet device is provided with an air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device having a negative oxygen ion emitting head extending into a purifying chamber, the air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device is connected to a battery via a cable and one side of the purifying chamber is provided with an air inlet in communication with the outside.
The outside of the air inlet is provided with a filter layer.
The filter layer is a filter mesh and/or an activated carbon filter element.
The outside of the filter layer is provided with a venting outer cover.
A detachable electrode sticker is disposed on a side of the purifying chamber opposite to the air inlet.
A back cover is provided on a side of the purifying chamber opposite to the air inlet.
The electrode sticker is engaged on the inner side of the back cover.
A fan is provided at the air inlet.
A plurality of air guiding grooves communicating with the air inlet are provided on the outer side wall of the purifying chamber.
A USB charging interface, a switch hole button, a display screen and an indicator light are disposed on the outer side wall of the air outlet chamber.
The one-way air inlet valve comprises an intake passage, wherein one end of the intake passage is in communication with the purifying chamber, and the other end of the intake passage extends into the breathing chamber and is engaged with a first fixing sleeve, and one end of the first fixing sleeve is provided with a one-way air inlet valve piece. The one-way air outlet valve comprises an outlet passage, one end of the outlet passage is in communication with the air outlet chamber, and the other end of the outlet passage extends into the breathing chamber and is engaged with a second fixing sleeve, and a unidirectional air outlet valve piece is disposed at a portion which locates in the inner part of the air outlet chamber and connects the air outlet chamber and the air outlet passage.
The air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device comprises the negative oxygen ion emitting head extending into the purifying chamber, and a high voltage package connected to the negative oxygen ion emitting head.
2 The negative oxygen ion emitting head comprises a fiber bundle of a micron order, the same side end of each fiber in the fiber bundle are fixedly connected to a conductive fixing device and electrically connected to the conductive fixing device, and the conductive fixing device is connected to the high voltage package through the wire.
The air inlet device and the air outlet chamber are detachably disposed on the breathing chamber through Velcro.
The battery is disposed inside the air outlet chamber.
The invention adopts the above technical solution, and the structure design is reasonable. The air intake device provides a special passage for the air intake, and the air intake device only allows air in not out. The manner of wearing the apparatus of the present invention can be flexibly changed. The set fan sends air actively, and the clean air is continuously sent to the breathing chamber to further reduce the inspiratory resistance, especially suitable for people with insufficient lung capacity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
In order to clearly illustrate the technical features of the present solution, the present invention will be described in detail as follows through the specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 12, a wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus comprises a breathing chamber 1, an air inlet device disposed on one side of the breathing chamber and an air outlet chamber 2 disposed on the other side of the breathing chamber 1, the air outlet chamber 2 is in communication with the outside, the interior part of the
4 air inlet device is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber 1 via a one-way air inlet valve, the interior part of the air outlet chamber 2 is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber 1 via a one-way air outlet valve, respective sides of the air outlet chamber are provided with a wearing mechanism, the air inlet device is provided with an air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device having a negative oxygen ion emitting head 3 extending into a purifying chamber 4, the air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device is connected to a battery 5 via a cable, one side of the purifying chamber 4 is provided with an air inlet 6 in communication with the outside.
The outside of the air inlet 6 is provided with a filter layer. The filter layer filters the air for the first time to further improve the quality of the inhaled air.
The filter layer is a filter mesh 7 and/or an activated carbon filter element 8. The filter mesh 7 can be immersed in the Chinese herbal medicine liquid in advance, so that the filter mesh 7 can exude the taste of the medicine to achieve therapeutic, refreshing, and pleasant body and mind effects when used. For example, if the filter mesh 7 is immersed in the liquid of Pythoncidere in advance, the filter mesh 7 will emit Pythoncidere when used. Pythoncidere has an antibacterial effect, which can purify the air, reduce pollution, and make the breathing smooth and vigorous, to achieve a mind clearing effect.
The outside of the filter layer is provided with a venting outer cover 9.
A detachable electrode sticker 10 is disposed on a side of the purifying chamber 4 opposite to the air inlet 6, which means the location of the detachable electrode sticker 10 on the purifying chamber 4 is opposite to the location of the air inlet 6 on the purifying chamber 4. The conductive adhesive on the surface of the electrode sticker 10 is similar to the secretion in the nasal cavity.
The effect of adsorbing and adhering dust of the conductive adhesive is very good, and the air can be further purified.
A back cover 11 is provided on a side of the purifying chamber 4 opposite to the air inlet 6. It is convenient to replace and clean the internal components of the purifying chamber 4 after the back cover 11 is opened.
The electrode sticker 10 is stuck on the inner side of the back cover 11.
Opening the back cover 11 facilitates the replacement of the electrode sticker 10, and the electrode sticker 10 is a consumable product, and hence needs to be periodically replaced in order to ensure its adhesion.
5 A fan 12 is provided at the air inlet 6. The fan 12 continuously sends the clean air source into the breathing chamber 1 to further reduce the inspiratory resistance, and is especially suitable for people with insufficient lung capacity. On the other hand, since the fan 12 continuously pumps fresh air, a negative pressure difference is generated in the breathing chamber 1, making it difficult for the outside air to be sucked from the gap around the breathing chamber 1, and preventing the unfiltered air from entering into the breathing chamber 1.
On the outer side wall of the purifying chamber 4, a plurality of air guiding grooves 13 communicating with the air inlet 6 are provided. The air guiding grooves 13 are provided to concentrate air to the air inlet 6 and then into the purifying chamber 4.
A USB charging interface 14, a switch hole button 15, a display screen 16, and an indicator light 17 are provided on the outer side wall of the air outlet chamber 2. The battery 5 is charged via the USB charging interface 14, the display screen 16 can be used to display air quality or other information to be displayed, and the indicator light 17 is used to display the battery 5 power and operating status.
The one-way air inlet valve comprises an intake passage 18, one end of the intake passage 18 is in communication with the purifying chamber 4, and the other end of the intake passage 18 is extending into the breathing chamber 1 and stuck with a first fixing sleeve 19, and one end of the first fixing sleeve 19 is provided with a one-way air inlet valve piece 20.
The one-way air outlet valve comprises an outlet passage 21, one end of the outlet passage 21 is in communication with the air outlet chamber 2, and the other end of the outlet passage 21 is extending into the breathing chamber 1 and engaged with a second fixing sleeve 22, and a unidirectional air outlet valve piece 23 is disposed at a portion which locates in the inner part of the air outlet chamber 2 and connects the air outlet chamber 2 and the air outlet passage 21.
The air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device comprises the negative oxygen ion emitting head 3 extending into the purifying chamber 4, and a high voltage package 24 connected to the negative oxygen ion emitting head 3.
The negative oxygen ion emitting head 3 comprises a fiber bundle of a micron order, the same side end of each fiber in the fiber bundle are fixedly connected to a conductive fixing device and electrically connected to the conductive fixing device, and the conductive fixing device is connected to the high voltage package through the wire. With the negative oxygen ion emitting
6 head 3 of the above structure, the negative oxygen ion yield can be greatly improved and the ozone concentration can be greatly reduced.
The air inlet device and the air outlet chamber 2 are detachably disposed on the breathing chamber 1 through Velcro. The air inlet device and the air outlet chamber 2 and the breathing chamber 1 are detachable, which facilitates the replacement and cleaning of the breathing chamber 1 in the later stage. In addition to the above-mentioned connection method of the Velcro, other conventional fastening means such as a zipper can also be adopted.
The battery 5 is disposed in the air outlet chamber 2, and may of course be disposed at other suitable positions.
Pressing the switch button 15, the air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device works.
The air is filtered through the filter layer and enters into the purifying chamber 4, and the generated negative oxygen ions purify and sterilize the air, and the fresh air after sterilization and purification passes through the intake passage 18 and the one-way air inlet valve piece 20 and then enters the breathing chamber 1; and the one-way inlet valve piece 20 is opened when the person inhales, and is closed when the person exhales. The effect of natural oxygen bar is generated between the breathing chamber 1 and the wearer's face, so that the wearer can breathe clean fresh air rich in negative oxygen ions, can sterilize, be anti-virus, improve body immunity, and have good health effects. When the person exhales, the one-way air outlet valve piece 23 is opened, and the generated exhaust gas enters the air outlet chamber 2 through the air outlet passage 21 and the one-way air outlet valve piece 23, thereby being discharged into the outside, the exhaust gas is not retained, and the fan 12 can be opened as needed.

Claims
1. A wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus, comprising a breathing chamber, an air inlet device disposed on one side of the breathing chamber and an air outlet chamber disposed on the other side of the breathing chamber, wherein the air outlet chamber is in communication with the outside, the interior part of the air inlet device is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber via a one-way air inlet valve, the interior part of the air outlet chamber is in communication with the interior part of the breathing chamber via a one-way air outlet valve, respective sides of the air outlet chamber are provided with a wearing mechanism, the air inlet device is provided with an air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device having a negative oxygen ion emitting head extending into a purifying chamber, the air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device is connected to a battery via a cable, and one side of the purifying chamber is provided with an air inlet in communication with the outside.
2. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outside of the air inlet is provided with a filter layer.
3. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter layer is a filter mesh and/or an activated carbon filter element.
4. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outside of the filter layer is provided with a venting outer cover.
5. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a detachable electrode sticker is disposed on a side of the purifying chamber opposite to the air inlet.
6. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 5, wherein a back cover is provided on a side of the purifying chamber opposite to the air inlet.
7. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the electrode sticker is stuck on the inner side of the back cover.
8. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a fan is provided at the air inlet.
9. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a plurality of air guiding grooves communicating with the air inlet are provided on the outer side wall of the purifying chamber.
10. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a USB charging interface, a switch hole button, a display screen and an indicator light are disposed on the outer side wall of the air outlet chamber.
11. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the one-way air inlet valve comprises an intake passage, one end of the intake passage is in communication with the purifying chamber, and the other end of the intake passage extends into the breathing chamber and is engaged with a first fixing sleeve, and one end of the first fixing sleeve is provided with a one-way air inlet valve piece, the one-way air outlet valve comprising an outlet passage, one end of the outlet passage being in communication with the air outlet chamber, and the other end of the outlet passage extending into the breathing chamber and being engaged with a second fixing sleeve, and a unidirectional air outlet valve piece being disposed at a portion which locates in the inner part of the air outlet chamber and connects the air outlet chamber and the air outlet passage.

The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air purifying negative oxygen ion generating device comprises the negative oxygen ion emitting head extending into the purifying chamber, and a high voltage package connected to the negative oxygen ion emitting head.

The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein the negative oxygen ion emitting head comprises a fiber bundle of a micron order, the same side end of each fiber in the fiber bundle are fixedly connected to a conductive fixing device and electrically connected to the conductive fixing device, and the conductive fixing device is connected to the high voltage package through the wire.
14. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inlet device and the air outlet chamber are detachably disposed on the breathing chamber through fastening tapes.
15. The wearable three-chamber negative oxygen ion breathing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the battery is disposed inside the air outlet chamber.
