Abstract

La présente invention concerne un injecteur servant à l'administration d'une composition pharmaceutique, l'injecteur comprenant : un cylindre s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal, le cylindre ayant une paroi interne, une paroi externe et un port de sortie à une extrémité de sortie opposée à une extrémité d'actionnement ; un ensemble piston comprenant une partie compressible entre un élément piston d'actionnement et un élément piston passif, lesdits éléments piston venant buter contre la paroi interne du cylindre au niveau d'interfaces de butée, scellant ainsi la partie compressible lorsque l'ensemble piston est inséré dans le cylindre, la partie compressible comprenant un fluide compressible et une structure élastique reliant l'élément piston d'actionnement à l'élément piston passif. L'injecteur est approprié pour des injecteurs pré-remplis permettant une conservation à long terme de compositions pharmaceutiques à base de protéines.
