Abstract
Cette invention concerne un clé dynamométrique permettant d'établir et d'interrompre des joints de liaison entre des sections de tube sur un appareil d'exploitation de puits, configurée pour être utilisée dans des opérations verticales ou inclinées. La clé dynamométrique comprend un palier concentrique entre la clé à commande hydropneumatique et le cadre. Le palier concentrique supporte et centralise la clé à commande hydropneumatique pour une rotation sensiblement sans frottement autour du centre de puits de sorte que tout couple généré dans la clé à commande hydropneumatique est transmis uniquement par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement de surveillance de couple, comprenant par exemple un tube d'arbre de transmission et une cellule de charge. La clé dynamométrique comprend en outre un système de compensation de filetage qui permet à la clé de flotter par rapport à la clé de blocage à mesure que les tubes sont vissés ou dévissés, tout en restant centrée.
