Abstract
A gas frying device having a heating member for generating combustion heat.
The device includes a front case, a first distributor, a rear case, a second distributor, a first pipe, a second pipe, and a third pipe, all of which are arranged to heat cooking oil in a frying tank by increasing and optimizing a movement path of the combustion heat.
Flow paths for movement of the combustion heat within the device increase heat-transfer performance through increasing a contact surface area between a member to be heated and a heating pipe and increasing a staying time of combustion heat in a frying tank having a limited internal space.
The device includes a front case, a first distributor, a rear case, a second distributor, a first pipe, a second pipe, and a third pipe, all of which are arranged to heat cooking oil in a frying tank by increasing and optimizing a movement path of the combustion heat.
Flow paths for movement of the combustion heat within the device increase heat-transfer performance through increasing a contact surface area between a member to be heated and a heating pipe and increasing a staying time of combustion heat in a frying tank having a limited internal space.
