[0080] The first Funds-Management server receives the issuing request data information delivered by the issuer and generates the pre-issuing certification first data information according to the issuing request data information. As shown in Figure 3, another example of the data processing method of the present invention for opening an electronic certificate includes the following steps:
[0081] Step 302: the data requesting terminal generates the issuing request.
[0082] In general, the data requesting terminal is the terminal used by the buyer. The issuing request may include the issuer's identity information and payment account information. It can also include the information of the designated collector, such as the recipient's name, mobile phone, email, ID card, micro-signal, QQ number and other information corresponding to the receiver, the receiver's account number, such as the deposit account number, through this collection of information, it is convenient for the issuer to receive electronic certificate in time. The buyer may also not specify the recipient, so that anyone who obtains the electronic certificate can receive the electronic certificate.
[0083] Step 304: the issuing bank receives the issuing request data information, obtains the information in the data information, generates the pre-issuing card first data information, and delivers it to the data requesting terminal. The issuing bank verifies the issuer's identity information in advance. The verification at this place may have the following situations:
the first verification situation refers to whether the issuer has the account opening information at the issuing bank, and the second verification situation refers to whether the issuing applicant is valid or not, that is, real-name certification, it does not require the issuer in the first Funds-Management server must have an account; the third verification refers to determine whether the applicant has a bad credit record. Is it a white list or a blacklist user, etc.
[0084] Step 306: the data requesting terminal receives the pre-issuing card first data information.
[0085] On the basis of pre-issuing of the first data information, input other people's information, such as mobile phone number, mailbox, WeChat and so on, which can connect other people's communication information, so as to generate second request data for others to pay. The second request data information may include information such as the amount requested to be paid.
[0086] Step 308: the data requesting terminal generates the information that notifications other people's payment and notifications to others through the communication information of others. The notification information here can be a link, an image or an audio file.
[0087] Step 310: the data processing terminal receives the notification message and decides whether to agree on behalf of the payment? If yes, then step 312 is executed.
On the contrary, the process is ended, and the result is fed back to the client or the data processing terminal is reselected, and then it is determined whether to agree to pay.
[0088] Step 312: the data processing terminal selects the second Funds-Management server, and requests the second Funds-Management server to pay for it. The entrustment information may include the amount of the entrusted payment. An understandable form in which the payer has been authenticated, password operated, and fully authorized to operate the payment line.
[0089] Step 314: the second Funds-Management server receives the entrustment information of the data processing terminal, freezes the credit limit of the opening of the account or supports the credit line, generates the frozen information, and delivers the frozen information to the first Funds-Management server. If debit card is used, the funds in the debit card will be frozen, such as the use of credit cards, and the credit card is frozen for use.
[0090] Step 316: the first Funds-Management server receives the freezing information of the payment line, inputs the payment line information, and synchronizes the data to all parties, and at the same time, issues an electronic certificate.
[0091] After receiving the electronic certificate, the user fulfils the conditions attached by the electronic certificate and can request the payment bank to be defrosted and allocated. If the payment bank cannot be carried out in time, the bank is paid by the issuing bank, and the first Funds-Management server will be recourse to the payment bank.
[0092] If a user goes to a bank and requests for deposit funds or credit lines under others' accounts as a basis, the deposit funds or credit lines in his account are frozen and an electronic certificate is opened. To put it simply, let others create electronic certificate on behalf of.
The user may need to spend money at the time when he or she doesn't have any funds or credit card amount at the time, so friends are required to pay for it in the form of electronic certificate, on the one hand, make sure that when the transaction is not completed, the amount of funds or credit card is in the friend's account, and maximize the loss of savings of friends. On the other hand, because friends know the true use of funds, they may be more willing to help turn around in this form. Or parents make good financial habits for their children, and when they need to buy commodity, this kind of payment can be made on behalf of another person by paying the electronic certificate, so that children can avoid squandering and help parents guide children to establish good spending habits.
[0093] In this application, a user may apply for opening an electronic certificate at a bank and ask others to freeze the funds or credit under his account for payment. In this way, a new mode of payment has been added to boost the economic and social activities, provides an application scenario that enriches the fmancial payment tools and provides a favourable tool for the development of E-commerce. It should be noted that the first Funds-Management server and the second Funds-Management server in the office may be the same bank or not, that is to say, the first Funds-Management server and others freeze the funds or credit banks can be the same bank may not be the same bank.
[0094] Example 3:
[0095] As shown in Figure 4, another example of the data processing method of the present invention for opening an electronic certificate includes the following steps:
[0096] Step 402: the first data information of the pre-issuing card is delivered to the opening terminal by the issuing bank.
[0097] Step 404: the issuing terminal generates second request data information for requesting payment from another person according to the pre-issuing first data information, and delivers the second request data information to the issuing bank.
[0098] Step 406: the issuing terminal generates the information that notifies others to pay and delivers it to the other person's payment terminal.
[0099] Step 408: Others pay the terminal to entrust others to pay for the payment.
[0100] Step 410: the other person pays the amount of the fund or the amount of the credit for the freezing account, and generates the issuing bank of the freezing information notice.
[0101] Step 412: the issuing bank receives the information about the amount of the freezing and issuing funds or the credit limit information, and issues an electronic certificate.
[0102] Example 4:
[0103] Figure 5 is a flowchart of a Funds-Management server according to an example of the present application. In this example, the Funds-Management server is the first Funds-Management server, that is, the issuing bank server. The Funds-Management server includes a delivering module 11, a receiving module 12 and a processing module 13.
