Abstract
A frozen money content modification method, and a data processing method, apparatus, and system; a certificate issuing client terminal, on the basis of money freezing content modification information inputted by a certificate issuing party, generating a money freezing content modification application, and sending same to a certificate issuing bank server: the certificate issuing bank server, on the basis of the money freezing content modification application, determines whether the modified money freezing content meets freezing requirements, and if so, then on the basis of the money freezing content modification application, modifies the money freezing content of an electronic certificate; and if not, then refuses to modify the money freezing content.
