Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de test d'impédance de cellule de stockage d'énergie, des circuits et des procédés associés. Un dispositif de mesure d'impédance de cellule de stockage d'énergie comprend un circuit d'excitation à courant de somme de sinusoïdes (SOS) comprenant des sources de courant différentiel configurées pour isoler une borne de terre des sources de courant différentiel d'une borne positive et d'une borne négative d'une cellule de stockage d'énergie. Un procédé comprend l'application d'un signal SOS comprenant une somme de signaux de courant sinusoïdaux à la cellule de stockage d'énergie avec le circuit d'excitation à courant SOS, chacun des signaux de courant sinusoïdaux oscillant à l'une différente d'une pluralité de fréquences différentes. Le procédé comprend également la mesure d'un signal électrique au niveau d'une borne positive et d'une borne négative de la cellule de stockage d'énergie, et le calcul d'une impédance de la cellule de stockage d'énergie à chacune de la pluralité de fréquences différentes en utilisant le signal électrique mesuré.
