Abstract
The abstract of a toilet convenience product referred to as "Shield" because it is intended to serve a purpose of not having the human body directly exposed to the interior part of a porta potty toilet. It's material is same as toilet tissue paper varying in thickness between 40-120 gsm. The purpose of this shield will be met when it's four standing position sides and a flat part attached under the four standing sides forming the shape of a box (for instance) are passed into the toilet seat area and another four unequal rectangular parts attached on the top corner of the four standing sides lay flat on top of the toilet seat. A person can then seat on these four unequal rectangular parts without any skin contact with the toilet seat nor the body being directly exposed to the interior part of the toilet container. Since seating on a portable non water system toilet could be sometimes uncomfortable with feces lying below and exposed directly to a person using this kind of toilet, the shield can be used to act as a barrier between a person's body and the toilet seat and the waste with odour that come from inside the container.
Description
The description of portable toilet waste container guard.
Technical Field:
This invention relates to tissue paper material used for toilet seat covering and total body protection while making use of a portable toilet system. Its use and offered convenience translates to the protection of the human body part exposed into the toilet container during defecation and it helps prevent exposure to bacteria and droppings splashback. It is folded in a compact pattern that allows for its storage and carriage on oneself either inside a clothing pocket or elsewhere for use at whenever needed.
Background of the Invention;
The invention presents a soft paper toilet seat cover which relates in method of use with disclosed prior arts; CN 2558313, US4875242 and JP10179450 which as compactly folded and packed can be easily unfolded and applied on a toilet seat with possibility of no contact of the user's hands on the toilet seat. It also has the background of a non adhesiveness and it is finished and packed in a dry condition. With knowledge of the usage and purpose factors of this invention and related prior arts in method of applying a convenient soft paper product that offers protection to a user in making sure there is protection between the skin and a toilet scat of a water system or other form of toilet system disclosed, this invention acknowledges the portable toilet system that is non water system equipped and immediately non flushable after use but instead has the contained waste in the very form and nature it was dropped with full visibility and exposure to a user. Hence it is the area of total protection that this invention presents, through providing a second part from the toilet seat cover which is of a different technicality and served purpose of shielding a user's buttocks from direct exposure to the wastes inside the toilet container.
Summary of the Invention;
The invention is designed for use in a non water system portable toilet.
Through a process of having the product unfolded from its compact position, the toilet seat cover part of the invention is laid flat on a toilet seat. Within this process of applying the toilet seat cover, the part of the product serving as shield proceeds first before the toilet seat cover as it is passed in through the centrally positioned toilet seat opening before the toilet seat covers lay flat on the toilet seat. This product achieves the desired protection on a toilet seat given that its four rectangular shaped parts extend to cover the rear, front and side parts of a toilet seat where a user's body may make contact with and ensuring they are completely covered. And having the part of the invention passed in through the centrally positioned toilet seat opening, a user can seat on the toilet seat covers and have fecal matter dropped into the part that has been passed through the centrally position toilet seat opening and such matter remain contained until the user's session is completed. The convenience of the later part of the invention is well considered to provide comfort in comparison to a non existence of such part. More so, the position of the parts of this invention on the toilet seat portray the significance of a product that have two essential parts that serve two major purposes that meet the protection of a user's skin on the toilet seat (cover) and protection of a user's body

2 part from exposure into the toilet waste container to prevent contact with airborne bacteria and fecal matter drop splashback. Therefore in comparison of the disclosed feature of the second part of the invention and the features of disclosed prior arts, it can be considered there is an existence of non similarity of the invention with the features of disclosed prior arts.
Brief Description of the Drawing;
FIG 1 is the top view of the invention while placed on and through a toilet seat with its four seat covers on top of the toilet seat and the shield part positioned inside the toilet container in a ready for use position;
FIG 2 is the x ray side view of the invention showing the shield while positioned through the toilet seat opening; FIG 3 shows the perspective view of the invention when unfolded and placed upside down with bottom side of the shield and the four parts of the toilet seat cover as depicted; FIG 4 shows the top perspective view of the invention when unfolded without being placed on a toilet system and showing the inside corners of the shield; FIG 5 is the perspective view of the invention in a folded compact position;
FIG 6 is the perspective view of the invention when unfolded from the first compact folded position to the second stage, in a flat position having the toilet seat cover parts in an inward position with only a view of the top opening of the invention and the peripheral lines of the edges shown;
FIG 7 is the perspective view of the invention when unfolded to the third stage, with the front, sides and rear center position of the shield folded inwards and causing the lowest side of the shield to project forward in a flattened position with the seat covers in a collapsed position at 45 degrees angle from the side corner of the shield.
Detailed Description;
Given the illustrated FIG 1, this invention presents a soft paper product with characteristics of four toilet seat covers measuring 13.97cm by length and a shield measuring 16.5cm in length and 19cm rear width and 14cm front width as described in FIG 3 forming the shape of a trapezoid.
Attention is drawn to FIG 1, where the invention is seen positioned on a ready to be used pattern on a toilet system. In the context of this layout, begins the removal of the invention from its storage bag and an unfold of the edges of the compactly folded invention to the stage as shown on FIG 5, then to the second stage as shown on FIG 6 with lastly the final stage as shown on FIG 7. With the unfold process completed, the invention is placed on the toilet system having the shield part proceeding first into the centrally positioned opening of the toilet and the four seat covers laying on the toilet seat. In recognition, this process has resulted to the presented view of the invention in FIG 1 which conforms to the recommended use process wherein a person can be seated on the invention for the convenience of skin and body part protection from contact with germ or infection.
FIG 1 is reflected further as shown in a different view on FIG 2, where a magnified view of the toilet container presents the position of the invention while placed through/on the toilet system ready for use.
FIG 2 portrays the layout of the invention, drawing attention to the invention's deployment comfort level

3 when placed on a toilet system as to reaching an expected/desired convenience by a user. With the convenience and total protection achieved, the presented view of FIG 1 and FIG
2 offers insight on the goal the invention achieve. As seen from the identified illustrations FIG 1 and FIG 2, the level of advantage when having the shield part of the invention present is significant.
This advantage is presented in the four faces in a height position as illustrated in FIG 3 (with 2 corresponding faces non visible due to technical presentation limitations), that are connected to the seat covers through machine infused bind that is non adhesive. The connection and elevation of the shield into the seat covers is absent of any opening that expose a user's body to the interior of the toilet container thereby forming the basis of the protection of the invention. On the significance of the invention towards protection, FIG
1 presents the seat cover parts of the invention to be short from covering the entire seating area of the toilet seat only with aim to show the position and direction of the seat covers while on the toilet seat for non limited understanding of the invention. In significance, the invention ensures direct contact prevention of a user's skin on the toilet seat is continuous on the basis of described measurement of the invention as presented by FIG 3 and FIG
