Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande d'un système de soudage qui comprend l'entraînement d'un fil de soudage à un chalumeau de soudage à une première vitesse d'entraînement de fil (WFS), la fourniture d'une sortie d'alimentation pulsée au fil de soudage par l'intermédiaire d'un point de contact du chalumeau de soudage, la détermination, à l'aide d'un système de détection, de la distance entre le point de contact et la pièce à travailler (CPWD) entre le point de contact et la pièce à travailler, et le changement, à l'aide d'un dispositif de commande, de la vitesse d'entraînement de fil (WFS) du fil de soudage jusqu'à une seconde vitesse d'entraînement de fil (WFS) sur la base, au moins en partie, de la distance entre le point de contact et la pièce à travailler.
