Abstract

Linvention concerne des exemples dun système de numérisation automatisé. Le système de numérisation automatisé comprend une unité de mise au point avec un tube de focalisation et une tourelle raccordée au tube de focalisation de sorte que la tourelle portant au moins un objectif se déplace avec le tube de focalisation vers le haut et vers le bas dans une direction de focalisation. En raison dune inertie plus faible de la tourelle, le temps de réglage de lunité de mise au point est bien plus court que lorsque toute la tête (boîtier et tête de microscope) est déplacée vers le haut et vers le bas dans la direction de focalisation. Grâce au déplacement du tube de focalisation vers le haut et vers le bas, une pluralité dimages peut être capturée à diverses profondeurs de mise au point pour chaque champ de vision. Les images acquises sont ensuite traitées pour déterminer une image avec la meilleure mise au point et déterminer des caractéristiques spécifiques mises en image.
