Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés hétérocycliques contenant de l'azote substitué, représentés par la formule (I) et utilisables en tant qu'inhibiteurs de la kinase AKT, leurs isomères optiques, leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables ou leurs solvates, formule (I) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, le cycle A, le cycle C, B, Q, Y, Z et m sont tels que définis de façon détaillée dans la description. De plus, l'invention concerne des médicaments contenant ces dérivés en tant que composants actifs, lesquels médicaments peuvent être utilisés pour le traitement de maladies prolifératives, telles que le cancer et l'inflammation et, en particulier, pour des maladies associées à la kinase AKT.
