Abstract

La présente invention concerne une capsule de préparation de boisson (800) comprenant un corps creux conçu pour contenir un ingrédient de préparation de boisson, le corps creux présentant une extrémité supérieure destinée à recevoir un liquide dans le corps creux, une extrémité inférieure destinée à distribuer la boisson à partir du corps creux, et au moins une paroi latérale (813) entre les extrémités supérieure et inférieure, l'extrémité inférieure étant en communication fluidique avec l'extrémité supérieure ; et le corps creux contenant un matériau de filtre (830) présentant une porosité variable le long d'au moins une dimension de la surface du matériau de filtre, le matériau de filtre (830) étant moins poreux plus proche de la partie supérieure ou de l'entrée du corps creux et plus poreux plus proche de la partie inférieure ou de la sortie du corps creux, ou le matériau de filtre étant moins poreux plus proche de la paroi latérale du corps creux et plus poreux plus proche du centre du matériau de filtre, ou une combinaison des deux. La capsule de préparation de boisson peut être utilisée avec un appareil de préparation de boisson dans un procédé de préparation d'une boisson, en particulier du café moulu ou du thé en feuilles.
