Description

WOOD-BAMBOO DOUBLE LAYER FLOOR
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present disclosure relates to floors, and particularly, to a wood-bamboo double layer floor.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] On the. present market, there are many kinds of wood-bamboo composite floors. Most wood-bamboo composite floors include a multilayer wood board with wood fiber directions arranged in a crisscross pattern, and a bamboo board adhered between the multilayer wood board or to surfaces of the multilayer wood board, the bamboo board is spliced from bamboo sheets, the wood board and the bamboo board are laminated and adhered to form the composite floor via using adhesive, and then patchwork opens are defined around the composite floor, such as a Chinese patent with the application number 200620059793.5 and entitled with "a wood-bamboo multilayer composite floor". In the wood-bamboo multilayer composite floor, no matter bamboo board itself or the combination between the multilayer wood board and the bamboo board, all need to use a lot of adhesive. Though the preset floor industry requires using environmental adhesives, the environmental adhesives can also bring some harmful to the environment and human health. And methods for making the wood-bamboo composite floor are complex, the production efficiency is low, flexibility of the composite floor is poor, and the foot feels is also uncomfortable.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0003] An object of the pressure disclosure is to provide a wood-bamboo double layer floor, which has a simple structure and an easy manufacturing method, can greatly reduce using adhesive.
[0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure adopts the following technique scheme: the wood-bamboo double layer floor includes a top =

panel and a bottom panel located under the top panel. The top panel has a long strip shape and is made from the whole log. The bottom panel is made from the whole log.
Wood fiber directions of the top panel arc parallel to a long side of the floor. Wood fiber directions of the bottom panel arc parallel or perpendicular to the long side of the floor. The top and bottom panels are adhered by using adhesive. the Patchwork opens, which is capable of splicing, are defined around the bottom panel.
Wherein grooves defined in the bottom panel and arranged in a row along a direction being perpendicular to the wood fiber directions of the bottom panel; bamboo strips embedded and adhered in the grooves, are matched with the grooves; bamboo fiber directions and length directions of the bamboo strips are in a same direction.
[0005] In one embodiment, the bottom panel is made by rotary cutting or slicing log.
[0006] In one embodiment, the bamboo strips are made by that bamboo sheets tailored along the bamboo fiber directions, are stacked up in side by side, and then adhered by adhesive.
[0007] In one embodiment, the grooves are defined in a lower surface of the bottom panel.
[0008] In one embodiment, the grooves are defined in an upper surface of the bottom panel combined with the top panel.
[0009] In one embodiment, the grooves are defined in a lower surface of the bottom panel and an upper surface of the bottom panel combined with the top panel.
[0010] In one embodiment, a thickness of the top panel is about 1 mi1limete-millimeters.
[0011] In one embodiment, a thickness of the bottom panel is about 5 millimetes-18 millimeters.
[0012] In one embodiment, each groove is a rectangular slot with a width of about 3 millimetes-25 millimeters and a depth of about 2 millimetes-5 millimeters.
[0013] In one embodiment, a distance between adjacent grooves is about 15 millimetes-50 millimeters.
[0014] In one embodiment, the bamboo strips can be reconstituted bamboos or normal bamboos.
[0015] In one embodiment, a material of the bottom panel can be larch, monterey pine, Douglas fir, birch, poplar or eucalyptus.
[0016] In one embodiment, a material of the top panel can be oak, maple, Black walnut, beech, hickory, Dibetou or Jatoba.
[0017] According to the present application disclosed the wood-bamboo double layer floor, the whole wood-bamboo double layer floor only includes two pieces of wood boards, it can reduce the usage of adhesive. The top panel is made from top grade wood, which has great strength and hardness, good abrasive resistance, pretty wood grain. The bottom panel is made from wood, which is growing fast, many storage, little utility value, cheap price, such as fast-growing wood, pine.
The strength and flexibility of bamboo strips are much greater than those of wood. Bamboo resource is great rich, the use of bamboo is smaller than that of wood, and the cost of bamboo is low. Therefore, it can reduce the cost of the floor, save the usage of wood and develop the using of bamboo resource. The strength and stiffness of the floor through adjusting the usage of bamboo strips, sectional shape, the distribution and arrangement of the bamboo strips in the floor, and fiber directions of wood and bamboo strips, is.to satisfy different requirements of strength and flexibility, and also control the deformation of wood. The combination of the two materials of wood and bamboo, looks like rebars applied in concrete, but comparing to the traditional and whole bamboo inserted in the floor, it is more flexibility and feeling of users feet is more comfortable. In addition, it requires a strict flexibility for room sports ground, such as gymnastics ground, table tennis ground, high jump ground, tennis filed, and so on. The wood-bamboo double layer floor can satisfy the special requirements.
The wood-bamboo double layer floor has a simple manufacturing process, high production efficiency, low material usage and production cost, good environmental protection, good use property, which can meet a various of special using requirements of grounds.
