Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de chauffage à combustible dans lequel est installé un ensemble brûleur spécialement conçu pour fonctionner afin de recevoir et brûler un flux pré-mélangé de combustible et d'air, et de créer à partir du flux une pluralité de flammes espacées qui sont alignées avec les entrées d'une pluralité de tubes d'échangeurs de chaleur espacés correspondants et s'écoulement directement dans ces dernières. Les flammes créent à l'intérieur des tubes des gaz de combustion chauds qui transfèrent la chaleur de combustion à un fluide d'alimentation s'écoulant extérieurement sur les tubes. Les brûleurs sont constitués d'une construction métallique perforée creuse, sont montés sur une structure de support et font saillie vers l'avant de la structure de support vers les entrées des tubes, et comprennent des extrémités d'entrée ouvertes tournées vers l'arrière qui reçoivent le flux pré-mélangé de combustible et d'air. L'utilisation d'une structure de transfert de flamme permet à seul allumeur d'allumer tous les brûleurs.
