Abstract

Portable/Handy/Mobile Ablution Kit/Lavabo (Ablution Kit / Wudhu Kit) I, Mohamed Rizlan Mohamed Anver of Toronto, Canada, invented and designed this portable, lightweight, easy to carry, easy to clean and maintain, reusable and durable Lavabo (ablution kit /wudhu kit) for easy use and convenience of those who want to cleanse themselves using clean water when out of home, traveling with no immediate access to a washroom or for those who are bed ridden due to disability, illness or old age. Thus, this portable Lavabo provides the user with the comfort of easy washing and cleansing when a washroom is not readily available for daily cleansing purposes (which includes but not limited to the washing of mouth, hands, face) or when taking ablution (Wudhu): cleansing for obligatory and ritualistic purposes.
The Lavabo consists two main parts. The top half of the Lavabo has a 750 ml or refillable /reusable bottle of water affixed to it so that clean water can be carried along with the portable Lavabo. Once the lid of the portable Lavabo is opened the bottle of water can be removed for use and later returned to the lid. The bottom half of the Lavabo serves as the actual lavabo/sink. This section is like a basin and it catches the water that is used for cleansing/washing. This Lavabo is designed so that hands, face and even the feet (one foot at a time) can be washed in the bottom half of the Lavabo without wetting the immediate surroundings. Once cleansing is completed and /or ablution taken the used water can either be contained in the Lavabo by pressing the stopper in the bottom half of the Lavabo or it can be dispensed by releasing it through the outlet at the rear end of the Lavabo. Once used the lid of the Lavabo can be replaced to close the portable Lavabo until next time.

(4) Bottom (bottom half of the kit, Waste/used water container with releasing outlet).

(5) Bottle (re-fillable water bottle with thump press type cap).

(6) Silicone, plastic mix seal (sealed between the center part and bottom hall).

(7) Stopper (in the bottom half hut accommodate on the center part, pressing the stopper can prevent the waste water flowing back to the center part).

(8) Stopper/cap (which is on the used water outlet to release used water from rear end of the kit. (Like fuel cap).

I CLAIM:
I, Mohamed Rizlan Mohamed Anver of Toronto, Canada, invented and designed this portable, lightweight, easy to carry, easy to clean and maintain, reusable and durable Lavabo (ablution kit /wudhu kit) for easy use and convenience of those who want to cleanse themselves using clean water when out of home, travelling with no immediate access to a washroom or for those who are bed ridden due to disability, illness or old age.

1. A Portable/Handy/Mobile Ablution Kit/Lavabo (Ablution Kit / Wudhu Kit) that;
Can be used for those who want to cleanse themselves using clean water when out of home, travelling with no immediate access to a washroom or for those who are bed ridden due to disability, illness or old age and also for those who work in the office environment who has no place/sink where they can wash their feet for obligatory and ritualistic purposes, this can be used as a foot washing sink/lavabo too.

2. The Lavabo consists two main parts.

Once the lid of the portable Lavabo is opened the bottle of water can be removed for use and later returned to the lid.

3. Used water can either be contained/keep in the Lavabo by pressing the stopper in the bottom half of the Lavabo (until find an appropriate place to throw the waste water) or it can be dispensed by releasing it through the outlet at the rear end of the Lavabo.

4. Weight of the kit is between 1.5kg-2kg without water. With water either be 2kg-3kg (it depending on how much water contained/filled in the re-usable bottle).

5. Waste water container can holds up to 1 litre-1.5litre.

6. Shape of the Kit is oval.

7. This Kit can be carried with the handle provided on the top half. Or it has an optional strap (like a laptop bag shoulder strap).

8. Material used for the Kit is Silicone, plastic, nylon/cloth for strap, and plastic/metal for strap buckle.
