Abstract

L'invention concerne une combinaison de moteur à courant continu (CC) et d'une pompe relativement petite, ladite combinaison étant alimentée par des batteries, fournissant une puissance de pompe suffisante pour créer un écoulement entre les conduites d'eau chaude et d'eau froide nécessaire pour conserver une réponse d'eau chaude sensiblement immédiate lorsque le robinet d'eau chaude est ouvert. La pompe est commandée par un capteur thermique indiquant à la pompe de commencer à fonctionner lorsque la température dans la conduite d'eau chaude située en amont du robinet d'eau chaude est inférieure à une valeur prédéterminée. De préférence, chaque batterie est rechargeable, idéalement en utilisant un système sans fil, la source d'énergie se trouvant à une certaine distance de la batterie de la pompe pour fournir une protection supplémentaire contre des courts-circuits électriques en présence d'eau. Les batteries généralement disponibles d'une tension comprise entre 10 et 24 volts peuvent être utilisées.
