The elastic cord D is made up of a line having elasticity to serve to pull each section inward and connects the portions made up of the plurality of sections by a single frame, while passing through an internal hollow hole of each frame in a lengthwise direction.
Referring to FIGS. 6a to 6d, the chair seat 500 forms a seat portion 510, a backrest portion 520 and a side portion 530. The top both end of the upper short frame 300 and the upper long frame 400 toward the outside are disposed and formed to open each other outward. When end caps 311, 411 provided in each of the insertion sections 310, 410 are inserted and connected into the pocket 540 formed on the corners of the of the chair seat 500, the chair seat 500 connected to the insertion portions 310, 410 is pulled to a slightly tension state, the seat portion 500 for seating is provided on the lower side, the backrest portion 520 is provided to support the back, and the side portions 530 are formed on both sides so that arms can be supported thereon.
Further, the chair seat 500 referred to as a seat back that is a portion on which a seating person sits is made of sewn pieces of the woven textile such as canvas, and the pockets 540 such as a tube receptacle are formed in each of four corners.
The pocket 510 is made up of webbing sewn of a fabric made of polyester, nylon, acrylic, polyurethane alone or synthetically, and the insertion portions 310 and 410 are configured to slide inside or outside and are detachably connected. In this way, the pocket 510 is connected to the insertion portions 310 and 410, the chair seat 500 is opened, in the connected state, the upper short frame 300 and the upper long frame 400 are in a slight tension state that pulls the insertion portions 310 and 410 together, whereby a user can sit on the chair seat 500.
At this time, after the end caps 311 and 411 formed at the end of the insertion portions 310 and 410 slide into and come into close contact with the pocket 5400, they come into close contact with the interior of the pocket 510 due to the tension state of the upper short frame 300 and the upper long frame 400, thereby preventing the insertion portions 310 and 410 from being unintentionally disengaged from the pocket 540.
Furthermore, the upper short frame 300 is connected to the front of the chair seat 500 to support the seat portion 510 on which the user sits, the upper long frame 400 is connected to the rear of the chair seat 500 to support a backrest 520 against which a user supports, and the side portions 530 are formed on both sides so that the user can sit while supporting both arms.
At the same time, the chair seat 500 maintains the tight tension state to prevent the seat portion 510 from coming into contact with the central hub 100, thereby preventing the user's load from being directly applied to central hub 100, and it is possible to prevent the collapse of the frame structure 1.
Thus, the supporting force to the user's vertical load is reinforced, the supporting force tilted to the back of the user increases, rigid coupling is maintained, and rigid durability enough to be able to sufficiently support the user's load is provided.
When releasing and separating the coupling of the respective sections of the lower short frame 200, the upper short frame 300 and the upper long frame 400, since the sections are folded by the elastic cord D exposed to the outside and is compactly deformed, the chair is wrapped by the skin S as illustrated in FIG. 8 or is easily stored and carried while being placed in a small bag B as illustrated in FIG. 9.
Eventually, the frame structure 1 of the simple chair according to the present invention, since it is easily assembled, it possible to compactly fold and store the frame structure, it has excellent portability, has a simple structure, is easily manufactured, and is provided as a structure that has a rigid coupling force by being supported by the central hub, the frame structure has rigid durability enough to be able to sufficiently support the user's load.
As described above, although particular embodiment has been described to explain the present invention, the present invention is not limited to these specific examples. Thus, various modifications, applications and the combinations of the several features of the described embodiments can be performed without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
