Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de manipulation de tube qui fournit et positionne des tubes à une tête de puits et un dispositif d'assistance du mouvement de pivotement d'une flèche par rapport à une base de l'appareil. Un ensemble ressort pneumatique est raccordé en rotation entre la flèche et la base. Lors du fonctionnement, l'ensemble ressort pneumatique sollicite la flèche d'une première position vers une deuxième position et résiste au mouvement de la flèche de la deuxième position vers la première position. Un réservoir pneumatique peut être attaché à l'appareil de manipulation de tube. Un ensemble de chargement de gaz raccorde fluidiquement l'ensemble ressort pneumatique et le réservoir pneumatique et permet au réservoir pneumatique de faire varier la pression dans l'ensemble ressort pneumatique. Des capteurs montés dans l'appareil de manipulation de tube peuvent fournir une rétroaction à un système de commande qui peut régler automatiquement le niveau de pression pneumatique dans les ressorts pneumatiques pour obtenir une performance idéale des ressorts.
