Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés d'accroissement du mérite génétique des porcs à l'aide de sperme trié par sexe, en établissant une pluralité de sous-types d'accouplement pour une lignée de porcs, et en déterminant un pourcentage de descendance qui est mâle pour chacun des sous-types d'accouplement, ou un pourcentage de descendance qui est femelle pour chacun des sous-types d'accouplement, ce qui aboutirait, par rapport à un témoin, à un accroissement du mérite génétique dans la lignée.
