Abstract
La présente invention concerne, selon des modes de réalisation, des thermostats qui sont conçus pour pré-conditionner une enceinte et des procédés associés. Selon un mode de réalisation, un procédé de pré-conditionnement d'une enceinte comprend les étapes consistant à fournir un thermostat et à calculer un ensemble d'informations de critères de pré-conditionnement (PCI) avec ledit thermostat. Les PCI calculées sont typiquement représentatives des conditions d'heure et de température ambiante pour lesquelles un pré-conditionnement doit être réalisé. Les PCI peuvent être stockées dans une mémoire et être comparées à une condition d'heure actuelle et de température ambiante actuelle de l'enceinte dans le but de définir s'il convient de mettre le thermostat dans un état de pré-conditionnement. Si l'on détermine que les critères des PCI sont satisfaits, le thermostat peut être mis dans l'état de pré-conditionnement pour chauffer ou refroidir l'enceinte. Un ou plusieurs de ces procédés peuvent être exécutés pendant qu'un processeur du thermostat se trouve dans un mode d'alimentation relativement élevé ou un mode d'alimentation relativement bas.
