Lappareil comprend au moins une source dénergie du spectre électromagnétique, une sonde connectée à la source dénergie du spectre électromagnétique, une antenne connectée à lextrémité distale de la sonde pouvant focaliser, dans une zone cible dun méthane hydraté, un faisceau émis, et un système de commande en communication avec la source dénergie du spectre électromagnétique, la sonde et lantenne et pouvant les commander.
