Abstract

Une feuille de route pour une stratégie de développement de site pour une récupération optimale est fournie dans un modèle géologique tridimensionnel de qualité élevée. Ce modèle géologique combine des attributs géologiques, des propriétés d'interstice et de roche pour une représentation tridimensionnelle optimale du gisement à des milliers de pieds au-dessous de la surface. Le modèle est basé sur les faciès géologiques pertinents, déduits d'une description de noyau de puits et d'études détaillées de roche, ainsi que des propriétés de fluide et d'interstice (système d'interstice total) obtenues à partir d'analyses de laboratoire de matériau de noyau et de données d'enregistrement de puits. Ces données différencient divers étranglements d'interstice importants et les régions et les relations du corps d'interstice, c'est-à-dire, la macroporosité et la microporosité. La compréhension des volumes d'hydrocarbure dans les divers groupes de type d'interstice et l'établissement ensuite de techniques de récupération correctes par des études de laboratoire focalisées produisent une stratégie de développement de site qui peut augmenter de manière importante la récupération d'hydrocarbure à partir d'un gisement.
