<Example 1>
Figs is and lb are perspective view illustroLing configuration and operation state of a safety pin Lor fastening accctidories according to H first example of Lhe present invention. Fig. la shows a staLe where forces are not applied to s loop button part of the safety pin for fastening accessories, and Fig.lb shows a changed staLe where the forces are applied to the loop button part of the safety pin for fasLening accessories is pressed.
Referring to Fign.la and lb, the safety pin for fastening accessories (100) according to Lhe first example of the present invention includes a base part (110), a pin fastening part (120),. a pin coupling part. (130), and the lo OT) hi) (..1..on pa rt. (1A1.) .
The base parL (110) has a longitudinal body and Lhe body centrally ham an internally-threaded accessory-coupling hole (115) for coupling with accessories (riot illusLrated) 6 having a bolt sLrucLure at the center thereof. The accessories can be Fixed to the base part (110) by inserting and fastening Lhe bolt provided on the accessories in the accessory-coupling hole (115). Herein, Lhe accessories are meant to include all portable items, For example, simple accessories such as ribbon, name tag and jewelry; a variety of electronic chips such as ID card and lraLfic card; and portable electronic device such as mobile communication terminal, PMP, MP3 player, subminiature microphone and subminiaLure speaker.
Meanwhile, in Lhe present invention, means [Of fastening the accessories is not limited to the accessory-coupling hole (115); alLernatively, the accessories, of course, may be fastened = by means of accessory-catching ring or accessory-hanging string formed on the base part. (110) for coupling wiLh the accessories or of adhesive means such as adhesive Lape, Velcro tape and cured adhesive provided on underside oC Lhe base part (110).
The pin EasLening part (120) is coupled Lo one end of the base parL (110) and has at least one pin (121) fastened to the pin FasLening part and extending in a longitudinal direction or Lhe base part (110). Herein, the pin (121) serves to couple Lhe base part (110) with the object of fabric material For aLLachment such as clothes or bags.
The pin may be Formed unitarily; however, the pin may be plurally formed so Lhal. forces applied to the object for attachment arc dimLribuLed and thus damage to Lhe object for attachment can be minimized.
The pin coupling parL (130) is coupled to the oLher end of the base part (110) and has a pin coupling groove (131) in which the pin (121) of the pin fastening part (120) is inserted and coupled. Herein, the pin coupling groove (131) has a form allowing Lhe pin (121) to be inserted and coupled, and preferably is formed such that diameter of the groove gradually decreases as goes inwardly in an insertion direction. This is for Lhe purpose that a firm coupled sLate can be kept when the pin (121) is completely inserted in the pin coupling groove (131), while ensuring easy inserLion of the pin in the grove.
Meanwhile, for the pin coupling groove (131) of the pin coupling part (130), at least one hole may be formed for easy coupling ot the pin (121), or a sponge member (133) such as sponge, loofah and fibrous material may be formed so that the coupling can be effected over larger area.
In the safety pin for fastening accessories (100) according to the first example of the present invention, the pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) are coupled to Lhe one end and the other end of the base part (110), respectively through hinges (125, 135) and thus can be moved toward the outside of the base part (110). In this connection, the pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) move by rotating about the hinges (125, 135)Loward the outside of the bane part (110).
Furthermore, it in preferable that the pin [astening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) are configured such that while the pin fastening part and the pin coupling part can rotate toward Lhe outside of the bane part (110), inward rotation of the two parts can be restricted. This is for the purpose or preventing damage to a product due to excessive insertion of the pin (121) into the pin coupling groove (131) while Allowing the pin (J21) of the pin NO tastening part (120) Lo be coupled to and separaLed from the pin coupling groove (131) of the pin coupling part (130).
Meanwhile, though the way of coupling the pin LasLening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) to tho base part (110) uses the hinges, the present invention not limited to it; of course, vorLons modifications may be made which allow the pin tastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) to move with respect to the base part (110).
The loop button part (141) is coupled to the pin FasLening part (120) and Lhe pin coupling part (130) and is Formed by a loop structure which is deformed by forces applied From the outside and returns to its original form by its own elastic force. In this connection, it is preferable that the pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) are connected to the loop butLon part (141) such that the parts can move together with the loop button part (141) in response to the deformation and restoration of the loop button part. The loop button part. (141) is made from elasLic rubber or plastic which can be deformed by the Forces applied from the outside and be restored;
preFerably, the loop button part is made from urethane rubber material which has a good elasticity and is easy to produce. Meanwhile, though the loop strucLure of the loop button part (1.41) is in the form of circular loop, the present invention is not limited to it; of course, the loop structure may be formed in the form of polygon such as rectangle and octagon.
Specifically, description will be made of operation state of the safety pin for fastening mooessories (100) according to the first example. Fig,la illustrates an original state of the loop button part (141) where external Forces are not applied to the loop button part. The loop button (141) is positioned between the pin FasLening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130), and the pin Fastening part (120) and the pin coupling parl. (l30) are in a state where any force is not applied to the parts. At this time, Lhe pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) are positioned perpendicular Lo Lhe base part (110) and thus the pin (121) of the pin FasLening part (120) remains inserted and coupled in the pin coupling groove (1:11) of Lhe pin coupling part (130).
rig.lb illustrates a state where the external forces are applied to the loop button part (141). The loop button part (141) is deformed by the forces applied in a lateral direction at the base part (110) to deliver oppositely directed forces to the pin Lastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130). Then, the pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) each rotate in outward directions about the hinges (12!-), 135). Accordingly, the pin (121) of the pin fastening part (120) departs from the pin coupling groove (131) of the pin coupling part (130) to be separated from the groove while distance between the pin fastening part (120) and the pin coupling part (130) increases.
Namely, the safety pin for fastening accessories (100) according to the first example remains in the form as in .
Fig. is prior to use or La a state where the safety pin is coupled to the object Car attachment; then, in order to couple the safety pin For fastening accessories (100) to the object for attachment_ or release the safety pin, Force is applied to both lateral sides of the loop button part (141) aa seen in Fig.lb. Due to the forces, the pin (121) of the pin fastening part (120) is separated from the pin coupling part (130) and thus the safety pin for fastening accessories (100) can be coupled to or: released from the object for attachment. When the applied Lorces are released again, the state is restored where the pin (121) of the pin fastening part (120) is inserted and coupled in the pin coupling groove (133) 0L the pin coupling part (130) as illustrated in Fig.la, while the loop button part (141) returns La its original Form due to its elasticity.

The base part (210) has a longitudinal body and the body centrally has an inLernally-threaded accessory-coupling hole (215) for coupling with accessories (not. illustrated) having a bolt structure aL the center thercoE.
The pin fastening part (220) is coupled Lo one end of the base part (210) and has at least one pin (221) fastened to the pin fastening pad. and extending in the longitudinal direction of the base part. (210).
The pin coupling part (230) is coupled to the other end of the base part (210) and has a pin coupling groove (231) in which the pin .(221) of the pin fastening part (220) is inserted and coupled In the safety pin for fastening accessories (200) according to the second example of the present invention, the pin fastening part (220) is fixedly coupled Lo the base part (210) perpendicular thereto, and only tIle pin coupling part (230) is hinge-coupfed through hinge ()3n) and thus can be moved toward the ouLside of the base part (210). In this connection, the pin coupling part (230) moves by rotating about the hinge (235) toward the outside of the base part (210). Furthermore, it is preferable thaL Lhe pin coupling part (230) is conFigured such that while Lhe pin coupling part can rotate toward the outside of Lhe base parr. (210), inward rotation oi Lhe part can be restricted.

Meanwhile, though the pin Lastening part (220) is fixed and the pin coupling part (230) is hinge-coupled as described in connection with Figs. 2a and 2h, the present nv ention is not limited to it; reversely, the pin fasLening part (220) may be linge-coupled and the pin COUP ling part (230) may be fixed. Furthermore, though the way of coupling the pin coupling part (230) to the base part (210) uses the hinge, the present invention in not limited Lo it; of coureo, various modirLcations may he made which allow the pin coupling part (2:10) to move with respect to the base part (210).
The loop huLton part (240) is coupled Lo the base part (210) and the pin coupling part (230) and is formed by a loop structure which is deformed by the forces applied from the outside and returns to Lt.:3 original form by its own = elastic force. In this connection, it is preLerable that the pin coupling part (230) is connected to Lhe loop button part (240) such that the pin coupling part can move Logether with the loop button part (240) in response to the deformation and restoration at the loop button part.
Meanwhile, though the pin coupling part (230) is connected with the loop button part (240) as described with respect.
La Figs.2a and 2h, the present invention is not limited to it; reversely, only the pin coupling part (220) may be connected with the loop button part (240) in a case where the pin fastening part (220) is hinge-coupled, Specifically, description will be made oi operation state of the satety pin for Fastening accessories (200) according to the second example. Fig. 2a Illustrates an original state oi the loop huLton part (240) where the external forces are not appliod La the loop buLton part.
The loop button part (240) is provided in such a tom that the loop button part can deliver a force to only the pin coupling part (2.:i0) between the pin fastening part (220) and the pin ceuping part (230), and the pin coupling part (230) is in a sLate where any Force is not applied to the pin coupling part. At this Lime, the pin fastening part (220) and the pin couWing part (230) are positioned perpendicular to the base parL (210) and thus the pin (221) of the pin Fastening part (220) remains jnserLed and coupled in the pin coupling groove (231) of the pin coupling part (230).
Fig.2b illustrates a state where the external forces are applied to the loop butLon part (240). The loop button part (240) is deformed by the forces applied in a lateral direction of the base part (210) to deliver an outwardly-directed force to the pin coupling part (230). Then, the pin coupling part (230) rotates in the ouLward direction about the hinge (235). Accordingly, the pin (221) of the pin fastening part (220) departs from the pin coupling groove (231) of the pin coupling part (230) to be separated from the groove while the pin coupling part (230) moves away from the pin fastening pan: (220).
<Exampl e :1>
