Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé de gestion de consentement des patients. Un gestionnaire d'accès de données comprend un dispositif de commande, un module de consultation, un moteur d'autorisation clinique, une unité de vérification/d'enregistrement, un moteur de profil d'utilisateur, un module de rapport et un moteur d'interface utilisateur. Le dispositif de commande gère les fonctions centrales et la transmission de données entre les composants de gestion d'accès des données. Le module de consultation permet à un utilisateur d'interroger des données de patient. Le moteur d'autorisation clinique autorise l'accès à des données de patient. L'unité de vérification/d'enregistrement enregistre et surveille l'activité d'utilisateur. Le moteur de profil utilisateur accède et met à jour des informations de profil d'utilisateur. Le moteur de profil de patient accède et met à jour des informations de profil de patient. Le module de rapport génère des rapports liés à l'activité de l'utilisateur. Le moteur d'interface d'utilisateur génère des interfaces d'utilisateur pour afficher les profils d'utilisateur et des données d'informations de patient.
