A tower rises either at the centre with five shorter but very solidly supported to hold up the centre (which can the tallest tower in the world) and tension cables can also support the central tower (the tension cables can serve two functions... as tension cables like a tent strings that hold up the tall structure the wires serve another purpose which is to provide zip lines entertainment (with rentable realtime video of the ride down for souvenirs).
One way to get to the top is to take a fully transparent gondola that travel upwards (climbing the walls) ¨ possibly with a short magnetic levitation track - with at a slight angle sideways so the gondola makes at least one full circle (like the UK) ferry...people will get the chance to see and take pictures of the wide view 360 degrees like the London Eye or Eiffel tower (we may use visor and sound guards so the gondola users can see the outside view but not into the building windows).
At the top is revolving restaurant and observation deck.
To crown it all off is a very very very large telescope; during the night people can see (in real time) the planets, stars, any all heavenly bodies and during the day people can see (in real time) the sun (with protected safety from sunlight eye damage ie. with tint/visor lens and any other ultraviolet damaging spectrum protection... to see the sun's gases and plasma... in real time in sharp/clear and large images.

To crown it all off is a very very very large telescope; during the night people can see (in real time) the planets, stars, any all heavenly bodies and during the day people can see (in real time) the sun (with protected safety from sunlight eye damage ie. with tint/visor lens and any other ultraviolet damaging spectrum protection... to see the sun's gases and plasma... in real time in sharp/clear and large images.
We could have a magnetic levitation transport and/or fun park ride.
Specific Hotels could have clean cats and therapeutic trained dogs... even petting zoo. Perhaps a humming bird sanctuary.
Movie Hall of Fame A gallery of posters dedicated to every popular movie.
The posters are incorporated with neon and 3 dimensions.
Any thing at all of interest including famous pictures/images, portraits and landscapes of any artist even artificial intelligence. All made into 3 dimensional and/or neon almost like Andy Warhol.
The TOWER RESORT
We start with a building of large perimeter to make the best high density use of the property for hotel/shopping malls/offices/apartments/entertainment (mixed use) and conference venue for users to live, work and play.
A tower rises either at the centre with five shorter but very solidly supported to hold up the centre (which can the tallest tower in the world) and tension cables can also support the central tower (the tension cables can serve two functions... as tension cables like a tent strings that hold up the tall structure the wires serve another purpose which is to provide zip lines entertainment (with rentable realtime video of the ride down for souvenirs).
One way to get to the top is to take a fully transparent gondola that travel upwards (climbing the walls) ¨ possibly with a short magnetic levitation track - with at a slight angle sideways so the gondola makes at least one full circle (like the UK) ferry...people will get the chance to see and take pictures of the wide view 360 degrees like the London Eye or Eiffel tower (we may use visor and sound guards so the gondola users can see the outside view but not into the building windows).
At the top is revolving restaurant and observation deck.
