Abstract
L'invention concerne l'enveloppe de bâtiment à ossature de bois dont l'isolation, les finis intérieurs et extérieurs, les portes et les fenêtres sont assemblés et fixés à
la structure en préfabrication de façon à pouvoir être plié, transporté et déplié en sections modulaires sur le site de construction. L'objectif est de réduire les ressources d'équipement et de main d'oeuvre nécessaire à son installation en comparaison à sa fabrication et de pouvoir être plié, transporté
et réutilisé plusieurs fois sur différents sites de construction.
L'usage du bâtiment peut être, résidentielle, atelier, garage, bâtiment commercial ou industriel. Le bâtiment est composé de modules de côté préfabriqués dans le sens de la longueur du bâtiment et de panneaux verticaux aux deux extrémités du bâtiment. Les modules de côté sont constitués de panneaux.
Les modules transversaux sont composés de panneaux de mur et de panneaux de toit, qui peuvent être reliés ou non ensemble par des pentures qui permettent le pliage et dépliage réduisant ainsi de façon importante son volume d'expédition tout en se déployant rapidement sans endommager les revêtements.
L'axe de rotation de la penture au centre du bâtiment est surélevé par rapport au fini pour permettre le pliage des panneaux de toit sur eux même avec un dégagement entre les surfaces finis des panneaux adjacents empêchant tout risque de dommage lorsqu'ils sont pliés et dépliés.
L'axe de rotation de la penture des rives du bâtiment est abaissé sous la structure du toit pour permettre le pliage du panneau de mur avec le panneau de toit avec un dégagement entre les surfaces finis des panneaux adjacents empêchant tout risque de dommage lorsqu'ils sont pliés et dépliés. La position de l'axe de rotation permet de minimiser l'excentricité des charges de gravités transférées de la toiture aux murs en position finale du bâtiment.
Lorsque le bâtiment est en position plié, l'ossature des murs et du toit se superpose à la vertical de chaque côté des modules pour former un écran de protection pour l'isolant et les finis contre les intempéries lors de son transport et entreposage en position plié.
Des béquilles de rive et de toit sont utilisées pour bloquer le mécanisme de rotation en position dépliée du bâtiment pour permettre son usage. Ces béquilles forment des connexions rigides avec l'ossature porteur situé de chaque côté des modules des murs et du toit pour résister à
l'effort du vent, de séisme et de la gravité.
Les murs aux deux extrémités du bâtiment sont attachés en bas à la fondation et en haut à
l'ossature d'extrémités du premier et dernier des modules transversaux du bâtiment. DESCRIPTION:
