Homogenization of the raw materials reduces the size of fat particle, conducive to digestion and absorption, reduces the probability of Middle-aged and Elderly suffering from gastrointestinal diseases. Then, use of high temperature short time pasteurization, to ensure product quality; and a three-effect falling mode is following to achieve the effect of concentrated in vacuo, and maximum retention of the nutrients in milk; pressure downstream spraying the emulsion particles to increase surface of particles to more than 1000 times, and then spray drying using the heat exchange with the hot air moment contact; the final product after cooling, package at 25-28 degrees Celsius, and pass a full inspection before leaving the factory into circulation sales.

Claims (13)
1. A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder adds maple syrup and seal oil as functional additives. This Middle-Aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder uses skim milk, lactose and vegetable oils, maple syrup, seal oil, galactoolisaccharides, beta-glucan, and a variety of vitamins & minerals etc. as ingredients.

A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil comprising a source of protein includes casein phosphopeptide, a source of lipids includes seal oil and lecithin, a source of carbohydrate includes beta-glucan and prebiotic galactooligosaccharides, and a source of variety of vitamins &
minerals.

A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to Claim 2, wherein the source of protein is present in an amount of between 4 and 5g/100 kcal, including the source of casein phosphopeptide is present in a range from 0 to 0.2% by weight of the middle-aged and senior formula milk powder.
4. A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to Claim 1, wherein the seal oil is oil using any kinds of seals as raw material, seal oil is present in a range from 0.1% to 1.0% by weight of the middle-aged and senior formula milk powder.
5. A middle-aged and senior formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to Claim 1, maple syrup is present in a range from 1.0% to 10.0% , more accurately in a range from 4.0% to 5.5% by weight of the Middle-Aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder.
6. A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to any preceding claim, wherein the maple syrup is syrup from Canada's maple trees.
7. A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to Claim 1, galactooligosaccharides are present in a range from1.5%

A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to any preceding claim, the Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil of the present invention may further comprise polyunsaturated fatty acids such as Docosahexaenoic Acid, Arachidonic Acid, Docosapentaenoic Acid or combinations thereof. The source of such long chain polyunsaturated fatty acidsincludes seal oil or any source of such long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is suitable for used herein.

A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to any preceding claim, Arachidonic acid concentrations in this milk powder may range up to about 1.5%, more preferably from about 0.1% to about 1.5%; Docosahexaenoic acid concentrations in the milk powder of the present invention may range up to about 1.2%, including about 0.1% to 1.2%; Docosapentaenoic Acid in the milk powder of the present invention may range up to about 1%, including about 0.05%
to about 1%, by weight of the total fatty acids in the milk powder.

A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to any preceding claim, wherein polyphenol maybe present in a range from 0% __ 0.5% by weight of the Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil.
13. A Middle-aged and Elderly Health formula milk powder with addition of maple syrup and seal oil according to any preceding claim, wherein polyphenol maybe compont from maple syrup, green tea, berries known for or otherwise contains polyphenol and suitable for use in milk powder.
