Abstract
L'invention porte sur un instrument électro-chirurgical de traitement de tissu, l'instrument comportant un arbre d'instrument (10), dont l'axe est longitudinal, et un ensemble électrode à une extrémité de l'arbre. L'ensemble électrode comporte une première et une seconde électrode active (11, 14) et au moins une électrode de retour (25). La première et la seconde électrode active (11, 14) possèdent chacune une surface exposée qui permet de traiter le tissu disposé latéralement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dans une première et une seconde position radiale par rapport à l'arbre d'instrument. L'instrument présente un premier ensemble de connexions au moyen duquel la première électrode active (11) peut être mise en circuit avec l'électrode de retour (25), et un second ensemble de connexions au moyen duquel la seconde électrode active (14) peut être mise en circuit avec l'électrode de retour (25).
