Abstract
Une composition alimentaire aromatisante sert à ajouter une saveur sucrée aux aliments et contient un mélange dérythritol, dinuline de racine de chicorée, de la gomme arabique, un extrait de stévia et un composé sélectionné parmi lacide ascorbique, lacide lactique et lacide citrique dans une certaine gamme de proportions déterminées par le poids. Préférablement, lextrait de stévia est sous la forme de rebaudioside A (glycosides de stévia).
