Abstract

Un système de déshydratation de machine à papier comporte une bande de compression perméable; un premier tissu comprenant un premier côté et un deuxième côté, ledit premier tissu comprenant une bande fibreuse sur le premier côté et étant en contact sur le deuxième côté avec la bande de compression perméable, le premier tissu étant placé entre la bande de compression perméable et la bande fibreuse; un deuxième tissu en contact au moins partiel avec la bande fibreuse, cette dernière étant placée entre le premier tissu et le deuxième tissu, la bande de compression perméable exerçant une quantité prédéterminée de pression sur le deuxième côté du premier tissu; et un dispositif de circulation dair déplaçant de lair successivement à travers la courroie de compression perméable, le premier tissu, la bande fibreuse et le deuxième tissu. Cette configuration améliore lefficacité globale du processus de séchage afin que des vitesses de machine plus élevées puissent être atteintes.
