Abstract

Linvention concerne un procédé et un appareil qui sont destinés à une architecture fibres au foyer (FTTH) RF sur verre (RFoG) et à un équipement de local client (CPE). Le procédé consiste à : convertir vers le haut un signal de données amont de bande de base en une bande de fréquence supérieure à une bande de fréquence dun signal de données aval de bande de base ; combiner le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut à un retour de câble amont ; transmettre le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut et le retour de câble amont en utilisant un seul laser amont ; séparer le signal de données convertit vers le haut en fréquence du retour de câble amont en utilisant un duplexeur RF ; et convertir vers le bas le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut en fréquence en la bande de base. Lappareil comprend : un convertisseur vers le haut en fréquence qui convertit vers le haut un signal de données amont de bande de base en une bande de fréquence supérieure à une bande de fréquence dun signal de données aval de bande de base ; un combineur de fréquence couplé au convertisseur vers le haut en fréquence, qui combine le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut à un retour de câble amont ; un laser amont unique couplé au combineur de fréquence, qui transmet le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut et le retour de câble amont ; un duplexeur RF couplé au laser amont unique, qui sépare le signal de données convertit vers le haut en fréquence du retour de câble amont ; et un convertisseur vers le bas en fréquence qui convertit vers le bas le signal de données amont convertit vers le haut en fréquence en la bande de base.
