Abstract
L'invention porte sur un ensemble buse à jet d'encre qui comporte : une chambre de buse pour contenir de l'encre, la chambre présentant une ouverture de buse et un orifice d'entrée d'encre; une paire de contacts électriques positionnés à une extrémité de l'ensemble et connectés à des circuits de commande; un actionneur à courbure thermique pour éjecter de l'encre à travers l'ouverture de buse, l'actionneur comportant une barre active connectée aux contacts électriques et s'étendant longitudinalement à l'opposé des contacts, la barre active définissant un trajet de circulation de courant courbé entre les contacts, et une barre passive fusionnée sur la barre active, de telle sorte que, lorsqu'un courant circule à travers la barre active, la barre active s'échauffe et se dilate par rapport à la barre passive, produisant en résultat une courbure de l'actionneur, l'actionneur comportant une face de travail pour générer une impulsion de pression positive dans l'encre durant la courbure de l'actionneur, la face de travail ayant une surface inférieure à 800 micromètres carré.
