Abstract
Une boîte à garniture dune tête de puits est présentée, la boîte de garniture comprenant un logement stationnaire définissant un passage de réception dun tubulaire de puits; un arbre tubulaire monté sur le logement stationnaire en vue dune rotation dans le passage et définissant un trou axial interne adapté pour former un joint statique autour du tubulaire de puits en utilisation, larbre tubulaire définissant une surface annulaire faisant face axialement; et un joint de pression primaire monté sur le logement stationnaire et adapté pour faire un joint dynamique dans une direction axiale contre la surface annulaire faisant face axialement.
