Description

VERTICAL TYPE VACUUM PACKING MACHINE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the invention This invention relates to a vertical type packing machine, especially to a vertical type packing machine in which film-bag delivering, material feeding, evacuation and film-bag sealing processes are conducted in vertically conveying mode, and in which the vertically delivered object to be packed by vacuum packing machine can be well packed through cutting, evacuation and sealing procedures.
2. Brief Description of the Prior Art Generally, vacuum packing machine is mainly used to evacuate the air within a film-bag, and to seal the film-bag by hot-press or low-frequency heating such that the object is in vacuum packed state to keep things fresh and to extend storage time. However, ordinary vacuum packing machine according to the above procedures basically comprises:
a conveying device for conveying film-bags containing object to be packed, a stage for loading film-bags, a vibratory device for exhausting air and for keeping the object in flat, a mechanism for holding the film -bags flat and an evacuation machine etc.. Most of the vacuum packing machine substantially utilizes a design having a horizontal frame-base and the abovementioned devices are arranged on the frame-base in order so as to form a packing machine having automatic cycle.
Inasmuch as the above vacuum packing machine is a horizontal type design, the whole assembly has a bulk volume which takes a lot of space in implementation. In addition, the air drawn out from the interior cannot go smoothly by the air-exhaust action conducted by the vibratory mechanism such that evacuation is conducted in incomplete sealing state of the bag-opening.
This will cause air inclusion in the packing bag. Accordingly, the product quality is deteriorated.
In view of the above facts, inventor of the present invention provides a vertical type vacuum packing machine according to the research and improvement conducted on shortcomings of the existing structure based on his abundant experience of R&D and manufacturing in relevant field so as to achieve the goal of obtaining better practical value in implementation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The technical contents and the expected effectiveness of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description of the preferred embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Figures 1 to 4 are perspective and top schematic views respectively showing a vertical type vacuum packing machine of the present invention. As shown in these figures, the vertical type vacuum packing machine essentially conducts film-bag delivering, material feeding, evacuation and film-bag sealing procedures in vertically conveying mode so as to achieve vacuum packing. The vertical type vacuum packing machine of the present invention essentially comprises:
a material incoming device (1) which is an inlet hopper (11) provided at the upper side of the frame-base (10);
a weighing device (2) oppositely disposed at the upper side of the inlet hopper (11), which is a mechanism, for example, a flow rate detector, a timer or a scale, to weigh the object to be packed each time;
a film-bag delivering device (3) which is a film-bag roller (31), having a packing film-bag (30) wrapped on it, provided on the frame-base (10), the film-bag roller (31) introducing a packing film-bag (30) to the inlet hopper (11) for accommodating the weighed object to be packed;
a vacuum packing device (4) oppositely disposed at the lower side of the material incoming device (1) for receiving the packing film-bag (30) already filled with object to be packed, vacuum packing device (4) being provided with a case body (41) having a left half (41a) and a right half (4 lb) capable of closing with each other, an evacuation device and a to vibratory mechanism (40) being provide within the case body (41) which is also provided with a blade set (42) having a primary cutting section (421) for producing a bag-opening of the packing film-bag (30) and a secondary cutting section (422) for the severing of the packing film-bag (30), a first sealing blade (43) for sealing the bottom of the subsequent packing film-bag (30) and a second sealing blade (44) for sealing the bag-opening of the precedent packing film-bag (30) being provided at the upper and lower ends of the blade set (42) respectively.
Figures 2 to 13 are schematic views showing the actions of the vertical type vacuum packing machine of the present invention. As shown in these figures, when the machine is operated, the object to be packed is filled in the weighing device (2) and the weight of each pack is measured by the flow rate detecting meter, the timer or the scale etc.
based on the weight of each pack set by the weighing device (2), then the weighed object to be packed is dropped into the material incoming device (1) in which the inlet hopper (11) is inserted with a packing film-bag (30) unwounded from the film-bag roller (31) of the film-bag delivering device (3). In some cases, the material incoming device (1) on the frame-base (10) can also installed more than one inlet hopper (11), so the film-bag delivering device (3) has to introduce corresponding numbers of packing film-bags (30) with respect to the quantity of the inlet hopper (11). In turn, the weighed object to be packed is dropped into the inlet hopper (11) first and then filled into the packing film-bag (30) with bottom sealed (in the initial usage, the bottom of said packing film-bag (30) is sealed at first). Then, the packing film-bag (30) filled with object is dropped in the vacuum packing device (4). A sensor (411) for sensing the entry of a packing film-bag into the case body (41) is provided on the case body (41) of the vacuum packing device (4).
When sensor (411) receives a sensing signal, the left and the right halves (41a), (41b) of the case body (41) conduct primary mould-closing causing the blade set (42) within the case body (41) to present an extending state of the first section. At this moment, the primary cutting section (421) of the blade set (42) is used to produce a bag-opening on the surface of the packing film-bag (30) for air-exhaust. Subsequently, the packing film-bag loaded with object to be packed is abutted with the vibratory mechanism (40) which has a disk body (401) for abutment with the packing film-bag loaded with object to be packed. The disk body (401) is driven by a power source (402) to generate vibration and to conduct air-exhaust. At the same time, further cooperating with the evacuation action under complete mould-closing state, the air within the packing film-bag (30) is exhausted to the ambience through the bag-opening. Simultaneously, the first and the second sealing blade (43), (44) at the upper and lower ends of the blade set (42) conduct the bottom-sealing for the subsequent packing film-bag (30) and the opening-sealing for the precedent packing film-bag (30) respectively.
At the completion of the bottom-sealing and opening-sealing actions, the blade set (42) also extends its secondary cutting section (422) out to conduct severing action between the sealed opening of the preceding packing film-bag (30) and the sealed bottom of the subsequent packing film-bag (30) so that the vacuum packing of the preceding packing film-bag (30) and the bottom-sealing of the subsequent packing film-bag (30) are thus finished. Finally, the vacuum packing device (4) conduct mould-opening to cause the stripping of the product. Repeated operation in this manner, vacuum packing operation in mass production can be achieved by the vertical type vacuum packing machine.
Figure 14 is a schematic view showing the state of another implementation of the blade set of the vertical type vacuum packing machine of the present invention. As shown in the figure, aside from the design of aforementioned two sections type of producing a bag-opening and severing, the blade set (42) can be designed to have a primary cutter (423) directed for producing the bag-opening of the packing film-bag (30) (can also be a needle type primary blade which makes bag-opening in dot or segment pattern) and a secondary cutter (424) directed for the severing of the packing film-bag (30), which are 5 formed as a pair. In this manner, the bag-opening producing and the severing actions can be conducted on the packing film-bag (30) by a double-cutter set.
