Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'interfaçage d'éléments nanofluidiques et d'éléments microfluidiques pouvant être utilisé pour effectuer une analyse macromoléculaire à haut rendement. Une lithographie par gradient de diffraction (DGL) est utilisée pour former une interface de gradient entre une zone microfluidique et une zone nanofluidique. La zone d'interface de gradient réduit la barrière d'entropie locale aux nanocanaux formés dans la zone nanofluidique. Dans un mode de réalisation, la zone d'interface de gradient est formée de structures de gradient spatial latéral permettant de rétrécir la section transversale d'une certaine valeur d'échelle d'une longueur allant du micron au nanomètre. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la zone d'interface de gradient est formée d'une structure de gradient vertical incliné. De plus, la structure de gradient peut fournir à la fois un gradient latéral et un gradient vertical.
