Abstract
La présente invention concerne des polymères fonctionnalisés, téléchéliques synthétisés par une catalyse et des procédés enzymatiques, et la fonctionnalisation de polymères par lintermédiaire dune addition de Michael avec un catalyseur lipase, et la réticulation de polymères mono- ou difonctionnels (téléchéliques) fabriqués par catalyse enzymatique, comme par lutilisation des agents de couplage multifonctionnels et des catalyseurs enzymatiques. Une transestérification quantitative du méthacrylate de vinyle avec le poly(éthylène glycol), le poly(isobutylène) et le poly(diméthylsiloxane) a été obtenue en utilisant la lipase B de Catadida matarctica. En outre, léther monométhylique du poly(éthylène glycol) fonctionnalisé par des méthacrylates a été couplé avec succès à léther monométhylique de laminoéthoxy poly(éthylène glycol) par lintermédiaire dune addition de Michael en utilisant la lipase B de Candida antarctica. Les poly(éthylène glycols) fonctionnalisés par des amines ont également été utilisés pour la préparation de dendrimères et de gels à base de poly(éthylène glycol) par le biais dune addition de Michael du polymère sur la triacryloyl hexahydro-triazine en utilisant la même enzyme. Les spectroscopies RMN 1H et 13C ont permis de vérifier la structure des polymères fonctionnalisés.
