The present invention relates to the manufacture of flasks of drawn glass.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is known that the manufacture of glass bottles is a cheap technique but one which the form that can be obtained. The The simplest form is the hollow cylinder of the and as soon as we move away from this form, we must to implement means of more complex elements which, of course, cost of the product.
In addition, for bottles with a collar for example those with a ring surmounted by an external net, the manufacture from stretched glass canes is not suitable. It is indeed necessary from the stretched tube section form a mass end thicker than the thickness flask wall, in which, by means of of a forming tool associated with a mandrel, it is possible to the external impressions required. Indeed, so known, from a tubular rough turn around its axis, a thickening of one of its ex-tremities by progressive crushing of the latter against a stop surface. Then while the thickened glass is kept warm, we realize the external relief by means of external forming tools, a support mandrel being housed in the blank at the level of its thickening. The re-final cooling is done while the bottle continues to turn, in the air, on itself around its longitudinal axis.
dinal. To make a thread surmounting a ring for cooperate with known closure systems, softening of glass should concern a large mass of last in which the temperature is not established homogeneous way, which hinders the subsequent operations of
2 formage.
DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
The tooling of conformation of the external reliefs is no longer able to ensure ideally its func-and it is not unusual to see 30% to 40% of non-compliant consumables which therefore form a scrap on the cost price of the bottle.
In practice, it is the means of capping the bottle that dictate the at least external conformation of the neck of this bottle. The problem to be solved is therefore to draw from drawn glass blanks a neck capable of receiving see a known stopper. It is indeed inconceivable to try to save money on the cost price of the bottle by imposing the development of new means of closure which would involve significantly higher costs to economy achieved by the technique of stretching. The the means of closure concerned are those which include screwed capsule, extended by a sleeve of which the capsule is separable along a line of weakness.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention intends to propose a solution manufacturing a bottle from a glass blank stretched whose neck is shaped to admit a plug screwed on a thread and includes a sleeve crimped under a ring topped by the net.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a bottle having a body obtained by substantially cylindrical stretching drique and a neck provided, from the rim, with a thread outside and a ring whose outer diameter is substantially equal to the diameter at the top of the thread, in which ring has a middle groove.
This constructive arrangement of the bottle allows the entire manufacture of the bottle from a draft of stretched glass.
The geometry according to the invention of the neck of the bottle does not affect its external dimensions or dimensions longitudinal and therefore the location and the axial dimension
Dans ce cas le dé-3 of the ring which are critical values to receive the capping the bottle. Indeed, this clogging is very often made by a metal capsule which is reported cylin-dribble on the collar and which is deformed from the outside for marry the thread by its upper part close to the bu-on which it rests tightly thanks to a sealing element provided for this purpose in the bottom of the capsule. Beyond the net and a peripheral line of fragility, the capsule is extended by a cylindrical sleeve that is narrowed under the ring in order to create a shoulder-keeping the capsule in contact with water on the rim of the cervix and which holds axially the man-chon when opening the bottle, by unscrewing the upper part of the capsule. It can then occur a break in the line of weakness at the level of which the screwed part of the capsule is separated from the man-chon who stays with the bottle.
We understand that the presence of the outer groove arranged on the surface of the ring does not affect the quality of the closure. On the other hand, the presence of this throat reduces the amount of glass mass soften to thicken the wall and reduce the .risks of temperature heterogeneity which affects the rations of the neck shaping tools. Thus, the rate of waste is reduced and the cost of manufacture is lowered.
Moreover, the dimensions useful for realizing this clogging on conventional machines with cap-common sules are preserved. We can even add that the fragility line of the capsule can be located at calf of the throat so that it becomes possible to break the capsule at its level without having to unscrew the of the capsule, by depressing the area door in the groove of the groove. It is then possible to remedy a disadvantage which is not uncommon counter with this type of plug which results from the fact that the line of fragility is too resistant. In this case, the

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
Il WO 2008/148954 screwing leads to the destruction of the thread of the cap-sule by rotation on the neck net without the possibility of axial movement, and the impossibility otherwise of leading to bottle, at least to reuse the capsule to ensure a temporary refilling of the bottle during its use.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the throat width is equal to at least half of his height and its depth is of the order of the thickness of the wall of the bottle.
Other features and benefits of the invention will emerge from the description given below an example of its realization.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In Figure 1, there is shown the neck or neck of a substantially cylindrical body bottle 1, conforming to the invention. This body 1 is made of drawn glass and the collar 2 has two superimposed sections. The upper section 2a adjacent to the rim 3 carries an external thread 4 (one or two nets) while the lower section 2b is formed by an outer ring 5 defining at least a lower shoulder 6 and having a central groove 7. The depth of the throat is, in the case of the figure, substantially equal to the average thickness of the wall of the bottle while the thickness of this wall at the bottom of this groove is also substantially equal to this value. The ring 5 is thus divided into two superposed rings 5a and 5b, separated by the throat 7. The volume of material that is located at the level of this ring is much less than that a classic ring of the same dimensions. he WO 2008/14895
5 PCT / FR2008 / 000606 a much smaller mass of glass follows at this calf, which in the manufacturing process makes it possible to realize the external conformation of the neck of the bottle in the continuity of stretching without the 5 of the neck compared to the body, seen with a full ring as mentioned above.
The ring, despite its lightened geometry continues to perform the same functions as a classic ring. In effect, as shown in Figure 2, the bottle can be equipped with a known metal capsule and that, so known. This capsule is formed by a kind of socket having a metal foil cylinder 10 with a bottom lined with a sealing liner 11, which is around the neck so as to marry by deformation plastic thread 3 and shoulder 6 with a contact sealing provided on the neck of the neck. The cylindrical part drique of the capsule has a line of fragility 12, consisting for example of a series of perforations which are such that unscrewing the capsule causes the times a shear torque of the sleeve and a pull whose combined effects cause the separation of the capsule of the lower part of the cylindrical sleeve that remains on the collar, retained by the shoulder 6. On note that the line of fragility 12 is located at the right of the 7. This provision is advantageous because it is not rare that the resistance of the line of fragility is too important to be broken. In these circumstances, the sule turns on itself and the net's truce so much that unscrewing and axial pulling which results are no longer produced. The uncorking of the bottle then destroy the capsule with a knife for example. In this case, with the ring of the invention, it just push the sleeve into the line of fra-to break it simply and thus make possible the separation of the capsule.
